Beautiful hotel, incredible pool area, rooms were spotless and cleaned perfectly every day- the staff are incredible- easy to grab a car or bike into the town, I recommend trying “Merlin’s magic” restaurant in ubud for a 5 star incredible meal-

Very warm accommodating staff. The rooms/suites needs some improvement, some of the furniture are all quite old / dilapidated e.g. the toilet, bath tub, the fridge. The towels have stains and not a clean white colour so they need to be cleaned better. We stayed in a suite and the pool and the view was very pretty. The water feature is a bit noisy especially in the mornings. The breakfast was nice and fresh. We had a balinese massage at the spa which was absolutely amazing.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, great staff, great service & food was amazing. Yoga was also fabulous in the morning. However just a couple of things, the air conditioning was really noisy in our room despite telling maintenance. Also there are no facilities other than an outdoor shower next to the pool to freshen up once you have checked out and have a late flight.

Amazing stay. Comfortable room and amazing breakfast. Great massage in the spa. The staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come stay here if you are travelling to Ubud. Loved it. Cannot wait to come back here again

I went here for my birthday solo trip and the staff was amazing, complimentary cake and birthday decorations were gorgeous. There were so many complimentary amenities, food was delicious. I will definitely be visiting again with a friend the next time I come to Bali
