Wonderful 8-Day Stay at The Santai We stayed at The Santai for 8 days and had an absolutely amazing experience. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — the private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing throughout the day. What made our stay truly memorable was the exceptional service. Special thanks to our butlers, Andre and Yande, who took such great care of us. They were attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. From helping us with daily requests to arranging in-villa dining and transport, their service was impeccable. We felt very well taken care of and truly at home. I highly recommend The Santai for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Bali. I would definitely come back!

Villa was very spacious and carefully laid out. Facilities were luxurious with the private pool the highlight. Butler service was convenient and prompt in response to requests. Yande and team was amazing and friendly. Trustworthy and reliable from start to end of trip. Would return to Bali and only choose Villa The Santai.

We recently stayed at The Santai Umalas, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ayu and the rest of the incredible staff. Ayu was especially helpful throughout our stay – always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The entire team at The Santai went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their hospitality is exceptional, and it really added to the relaxed and luxurious vibe of the resort. The villa itself was stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly peaceful. It felt like a private oasis. We especially loved the private pool and the overall tranquility of the Umalas area, which is a nice escape from the busier parts of Bali. The food was another highlight. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were consistently top-notch. We had a truly pleasant and relaxing stay at The Santai and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious escape with exceptional service in Bali.

We had a phenomenal stay at this location, the daily massages definitely helped, the staff are amazing thank you too Ayu for making it a special stay. The villa itself is extraordinary, far exceeded any expectations I had, I would highly recommend you will not be disappointed, also the morning breakfast is some of the best eggs that I’ve ever had.
