Me and my partner(sue)stayed there (1st-16th sept 2025),room 202 was a spa villa,(absolutely NO road traffic noise,huge bedroom and outside space to chill in,(granted)decor is tired and needs updating,but the room was spotless and service superb,all staff were friendly and helpful. Very busy rd but you can't hear it in hotel,beach (literally)stones throw away,if yr a party animal you can get a cab(approx £7 ) to chaweng central 10 mins away,VERY busy and NOT a place for a young family(this is thailand remember)alternatively you can get a cab (again) about £7 to the fisherman's village(loads of shops &bars and a busy but more chilled vibe All in all (in our opinion)as long as yr not expecting a 5* it's a perfectly decent hotel.
