An Exceptional Resort Experience at the Shore Club, Turks & Caicos

Having just completed a three-night stay at the Shore Club as part of a corporate President's Club recognition trip, I can offer a thorough and balanced assessment of this highly regarded property. Accommodations Our standard room on the fourth floor provided comfortable, well-appointed quarters with pool views. The bathroom was notably spacious, featuring a soaking tub positioned near the bed with the option of privacy doors. The private deck offered a pleasant outdoor retreat, though the lack of overhead coverage made it unusable during rain. The shared entry corridor between adjoining rooms is worth mentioning, as noise from neighboring guests, particularly a heavy closing door, was occasionally disruptive. Pool Facilities The property features three distinct pool areas. The main pool, situated near the dining venues, had a relaxed and social atmosphere that we enjoyed throughout our stay. A second pool with a swim-up bar offered a livelier setting with ocean views close by. The third is an adults-only pool with an attached hot tub, which was well suited for quiet relaxation. The one drawback here was the lack of poolside drink service, requiring guests to walk over to another pool area. Beach The beachfront is without question one of the Shore Club's greatest strengths. The water was crystal clear, the sand immaculately maintained, and we saw no seaweed during our entire visit. The shoreline stays wonderfully shallow, making it comfortable for all types of swimmers, and the on-site beach bar was a convenient and welcome touch. Dining Lunch at Colonnade was a genuine highlight. The food was excellent across the board, with the sushi bento boxes being a particular standout. The complimentary breakfast at Almond Tree offered a made-to-order omelette station alongside a buffet selection, which made for a satisfying and easy start to each morning. Guest Services The staff at the Shore Club truly set this property apart. Every team member we encountered was professional, warm, and attentive in a way that felt completely natural rather than scripted. Service was prompt, smiles were genuine, and the front desk went out of their way to accommodate a late checkout as we prepared to continue our travels. It is the kind of hospitality that is increasingly rare and leaves a lasting impression. Summary The Shore Club is a beautiful property that delivers where it counts, with a stunning beach, enjoyable pool facilities, solid dining, and above all, outstanding people. A few minor operational details aside, it is easy to see why this resort is a popular choice for both leisure travelers and corporate groups alike. We would not hesitate to return.

Amazing resort! Rooms are huge and beautiful. The restaurants are delicious. Know that you are on the quiet side of Turks so if you want to go to a restaurant off the resort you do need to take a taxi, as most of the activities and restaurants are on Grace bay. The resort is also on the windy side of the island. In all I think our resort was the nicest by far on the island. You can visit the sister hotels on Grace bay. Our favorite restaurant of the week was the shores Japanese restaurant

We had an absolutely incredible stay at The Shore Club in Turks and Caicos. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—everyone was so warm, attentive, and eager to help. The resort itself is stunning. The views are breathtaking, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything was spotless. Our room was unbelievably spacious, well-designed, and comfortable—it truly felt like a luxury retreat. A special thank you to the manager, Kerry Hendrickson, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic day. That level of care and attention really made our experience stand out. Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

What’s not to love about The Shore Club? We just wrapped up an absolutely perfect week at this stunning resort, and it exceeded every expectation. The Property & Vibe From the moment you arrive, the lush grounds and winding pathways create an immediate sense of calm. The landscaping is incredibly well-maintained, giving the entire property a relaxing, high-end feel. With multiple pools to choose from - including a fantastic adult pool - there were endless spots to just sit back and take in the beauty of the island. Dining & Hospitality The culinary experience was a major highlight. We were greeted with fresh cookies in our room (a lovely touch!), and the breakfast each morning was terrific. Love greeted us each morning with a warm welcome to start our day. We dined at all the resort restaurants, and the food and beverages were consistently excellent. • Sui-Ren: We went twice because it was so good! The Spicy Tuna Roll and the Maracuya (thank you Steeve!) are absolute must-tries. • Service: Every meal was served with genuine, warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. A special shout out to Hendra who was so welcoming, helpful and a pro at his job! Accommodations & Amenities Our room was spacious, graciously appointed, and featured an incredibly comfortable bed. The housekeeping team kept everything pristine throughout our stay. • The Gym: Very well-appointed and had everything I needed for a great workout. • The Beach/Pools: We never had an issue finding shade; there were plenty of cabanas available to get out of the sun when needed. Bottom line: If you are looking for a flawless getaway with top-tier amenities and a world-class staff, look no further. A special thank you to Ritchie for greeting us with a smile and chat anytime we saw him! We can't wait to come back!
