Bad customer service and rude staff on the reception desk.

I had one of the humiliation moment while I was checking out. Reception lady was totally rude and don’t know how to say sorry even for the mistakes she had made. My stay was great until I did checkout. I won’t be back at this place for the treatment I received Very disappointing

Stay at the Sun Hotel

Looks like quite a modern hotel from outside. We found the "superior " room very tired and aspects of cleaning need improvement. The bar is overpriced compared to the area and ran out of wine. It does have a good swimming pool but limited poolside seats.
