If you want to surf in Hawaii stay here!

In my life experience I know you get what you pay for so I wasn’t expecting over the top quality, I wasn’t spending 2k a night so I had an idea of what to expect. That being said these guys gave me service that rivals the top tiers. I’ll be staying with them. The room was clean enough to sleep in and it’s Waikīkī, like come on you should be surfing anyway, not in the room. They didn’t pay me for this, but legit best hotel experience I’ve had in a while. If you came to Hawaii for a surf experience go stay there.

My husband and I stayed at the Twin Fin in Waikiki in a few weeks ago. It sit's right across from a lovely beach. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurant's and walking. It was very clean, friendly and the service was amazing. We can't wait to go back.

Fabulous hotel in a great location and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean with ice machine and free water stations on most floors. The pool is large with plenty of deckchairs and shade but also you can collect free deck chairs & umbrella to take across to the beach. Beautiful breakfast room on top floor with amazing views. Recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

The location is wonderful. Views are amazing. Had partial view of ocean. Take the breakfast option when reserving room. Well worth it. Cross 1 street and you are on beach. Nice pool. Negatives: charge a resort fee of $63/day on top of room rates. This is NOT a resort. Just a hotel with pool and restaurant. Parking fees HIGH. Rooms dated, old. Ours smelled MUSTY. Thermostat in room fixed so you couldn't change settings. Pool advertised as only open till 8. Order drink at pool and they auto charge 18%

Filthy, and fraudulently charge smoking fee for non smokers

Filthy and fraudulent! Other than a good view, nothing is good about this place! Even for location, this hotel is NOT on the beach, there is beach, street, then the hotel! Now with the good part out of the way, here comes the nightmare. It's 5 start price (all in all, we paid over 500/night, and the facility is. 30$ motel level! There's a sofa bed, we are supposed to pull out for 2 people. When we checked in， and pulled the bed out, I almost through up! It is so filthy, and full of bugs. We immediately called front desk and they sent a guy in, he was shocked too! So we asked them to give us 2 roll beds. That really groused us out! There is no desk or chair in the room. hot water pot was so cheap plastic. There is no tea bags, coffee tasted awful! Then when we checked out, I found they charged us $500 smoking fee, while no one in our family is smoker or ever smoked in the room or balcony! They refuse to take it out as we are checking out, as they know we have no time to resolve this fraud charge as we have to leave for airport! One advice: STAT AWAY FROM THIS scam PLACE LIKE A PLAQUE!
