Had a great experience. The staff were so friendly. Lots of free things they give you. The free breakfast was good. Quiet outside which was a nice change from the city center of ubud

Impeccable and Magical Stay

I was sad to leave this place- each and every staff were warm and hospitable and anticipated our every need. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. From the waiters to the front desk staff, everyone made us feel welcome and at home. Beyond this, the grounds were magical and each inch was beautifully and lushly landscaped. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on who wants to get great value, be close to Ubud city center (there are plenty of shuttle times available, and get a taste of Balinese hospitality.

The room was amazingly designed! Comfortable and well maintained. Turn down service was greatly appreciated as they refreshed the room as if we had just arrived. Live music at dinner was a treat and the spa was spectacular. Great location for activities and the staff was very welcoming and helpful!

My fiancée and I stayed here for 2 nights and we’re already planning to come back. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready with excellent recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and local tips. A special shoutout to Putra, who picked us up from the airport and gave us such a warm welcome—it was the perfect start to our Bali trip. His kindness and hospitality really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Very spacious rooms (easily accommodate extra bed for 3 my kids in the 2nd bedroom). Delicious breakfasts 🧇 with fresh fruit, cooked and al Carte menu on offer 🥓🍳. In house tour guide (Degus) was a highlight of our stay 🥇Highly recommend this hotel and it’s kind staff.
