We have stayed at this property multiple times in the past and have always had positive experiences but this time was different . Upon arrival, one of the bell boys treated us in a dismissive and unwelcoming manner. He made us feel as if we didn’t belong, almost as though we were outsiders or foreigners. Most concerning was that he refused to assist us with our luggage, which is basic courtesy and part of the hospitality. Additionally, I requested a higher floor room at the front desk, I was told that it was only available to Bonvoy members. I want to clarify that I am, in fact, a Bonvoy member. I felt dismissed and not properly acknowledged as a returning guest and loyal customer. I truly value this hotel and the comfort it has provided in the past, but this experience fell short of the level of service I’ve come to expect.
