Westin Bali was a beautiful experience!

From check in to check out, the experience was nothing shy of excellence!! I received a blessing before checking in, the hotel breakfast was fresh and tasty ( with a large selection ), the pool grounds were very clean and absolutely gorgeous, the staff was super friendly and the room was extremely clean with beautiful decor. Wisnu was someone I will always remember…. Always smiling and eager to assist you! Thank you Westin team… you’ve made my first stop in Bali memorable! 🫶🏼

We spent a perfect weekend in Ubud with the Westin. I’m sad (but not surprised!) that the spa was booked solid, but the highlight of my trip was our last lunch at the hotel restaurant. Suci was an absolute angel in accommodating a table full of hungry kids and thirsty adults. I can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at The Westin Ubud Bali was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with sincere kindness and care throughout our stay. I want to give special thanks to Vania at the check-in reception for her professional and friendly service, and to Darma at the lobby bar, who made every visit a pleasant one with his warm attitude. And most of all, I’d like to express my appreciation to Maeylla. Although we only had the chance to say goodbye to her on the day of our check-out, we could truly feel her care and attention during our entire stay. Her kindness left a lasting impression on our family. Thank you to everyone at The Westin Ubud for creating such a memorable and heartwarming experience. We look forward to returning in the future!

A welcoming arrival at the Westin, Unbud

It is was lovely to be welcomed with a traditional blessing by the Westin team, followed by a cooling swim in the pool against the backdrop of the tropical rainforest - extraordinary! To round off our arrival, we hoped on a hotel bicycle ride led by Yasa, our very friendly and informative guide who took us around the local village and rice fields at sunset - magic!
