The Yubi Boutique Villas - Seminyak

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Yubi Boutique Villas STOLE our $700 deposit. The total amount payable was 10,650,600 IDR, yet they intentionally overcharged us and then refused to return our deposit. When we demanded a refund, the so-called manager Mr. Komang Yuda and staff Novi came up with another disgusting excuse — they said we must pay AN EXTRA $40 just to receive OUR OWN MONEY back. This fee was never disclosed anywhere, not in booking details, not at check-in, nowhere. And let’s be clear: bank transfer fees are NOT $40. This is nothing but a cheap, greedy cash-grab designed to trap guests and keep their deposits. In the end, we lost our money. No refund. No accountability. Just lies and stalling tactics. This villa clearly profits by stealing deposits and hoping guests give up. DO NOT STAY HERE. If you book Yubi Boutique Villas, expect to be robbed. They are dishonest, unethical, and cannot be trusted. We strongly recommend staying far away unless you’re okay with throwing your money away.

Terrible! We booked for 5 Nights stayed for one! Photos online looked amazing. But must be very old. Booked through travel agent, who were also shocked. When we asked about another room. We were repeatedly told "NO REFUND!" We arrived late at night and went straight to bed. In the morning, we left when we could see what this place was like in the day light. Electrical socket was hanging out, dead Gecko, which had been there a very long time. The walls were all flaking paint & plaster. Towels were stained yellow, OLD, should be white. Kitchen was disgusting. Very old fridge and microwave. Dirty sink and utensil drawer. Dirty & stained couches. Smelt very damp and musty. Musice from the night club up the street finished at 4.40AM.

Yubi Boutique Villas have that classic Bali charm & is the perfect retreat. Quietly nestled away in a brilliant corner of JI Petitenget, one of Seminyak's best locations. The villas are designed as a spacious sanctuary & the layout can’t be faulted. They would have to be some of the largest contemporary villas around & in that classic Bali style. The fragrant gardens, the great sized pool, the large kitchen & living area, plus the huge bedroom & bathroom make the villa a haven. The staff are welcoming & provide a happy & efficient service all day round. They are also a credit to the management, who too are keen to make your stay memorable. Breakfast is served in your villa, pre-ordered the day before & is plentiful. The make-up room service is seamless with bottled water, fresh towels & the pool plus surrounds kept picturesque. At times there is some quiet maintenance going on as the villas get renewed, but it’s obviously carefully planned & no bother. Seriously, this upgrading will only make Yubi Boutique Villas more appealing & well into the future. The property is ideally located within easy walking distance to the best restaurants in Bali. Merah Putin is a must for fine dining & Bambu for it’s culinary map of Indonesia. Gourmet Cafe is great for lunch & the best brunch in Bali is only a stones throw away at The Fat Turtle. Directly across the road is one of the areas best kept secrets, Blackdoor Restaurant, but it won’t be for long as it’s brilliant. So let the charm of Yubi Boutique Villas be your next stay.

The staff here were amazing!!! So helpful with anything we needed, very welcoming and polite. Special mention to Yuda and Eddie. The 4 bedroom villa was perfect for our family! A hidden little gem so close to great restaurants and beach clubs.

I am so grateful to the staff for the experience I had while staying at Yubi for 4 days. It was my first solo trip to Bali, and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. This location is prime in Seminyak, everything was safe and walkable. The villa is spacious, clean, quiet, safe, and just as pictured. But mostly I felt so welcomed and supported by the staff, especially Yuda who is so friendly and helped me get around and arrange my excursions and adventures, which isn't as easy for a solo traveler. It was as though I was the only person staying here, everyone knew my name upon passing and conversation, and the place was fully booked. Staying at Yubi was my first impression of Bali, and I'm forever grateful. It will always be a meaningful and memorable experience as a result.
