Tijili Benoa located at the beach side of Tanjung Benoa beach which make the hotel perfect destination for family, solo traveler, and couple. Conveniently has 4 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, 1 rooftop bar, well equipped gym, spa, kids club, direct access to the famous Tanjung Benoa Water Sport and walking distance to cafe and restaurants that spread along on the main road of Jalan Pratama and ITDC complex-Nusa Dua. The main swimming pool located on the ground floor and on the same floor of Warung Bamboo which makes guest can easily grab some drinks to enjoy and nibbles to munch. The kid's pool lay right next to the main pool complete with the splash for the kids to spend the day. The rooftop pool located on the 6th floor of the building. It offers the infinite view of the ocean and intimacy for guest that requires more privacy with ocean breeze at the rooftop.

Wonderful Birthday Stay at Tijili Benoa!

I stayed at Tijili Benoa during my birthday and had a very pleasant experience. I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a courtyard room, which offered direct access to the swimming pool and garden—such a lovely surprise! The kids had a fantastic time enjoying the pool and the playground area. There’s plenty of space for them to explore, and the beach area is clean and well-maintained. The staff were truly wonderful throughout our stay. A special mention to Yona at reception for her warm hospitality, and to the lovely lady at the kids club. Highly recommend Tijili Benoa for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Not for Moms with Babies - Breast Milk Mishandled, Room Far from What I Booked

This hotel may be kids friendly, but definitely not baby friendly. I booked a terrace room on the lower floor because I was traveling with a baby and needed quick access to a freezer for storing breast milk. Instead, I was placed on the top floor, at the very end of the hallway, far from the lift and extremely inconvenient. My breast milk was also left on the reception counter for 2 hours before being put in the freezer, and worse, it was stored next to strong-smelling fish, posing a serious risk of contamination. At night, the wind noise was loud and there was disturbing music from the neighboring hotel. The room was finally changed the next day after I strongly complained (the only reason this review gets an extra star)

It was my first trip to Bali Island. I decided to stay in Tijili hotel in Nusa Dua. I liked this hotel so much! Very beautiful inside, friendly and nice staff. I recommend this hotel! 👌 Two swimming pools inside, very tasty restaurant near the ocean. Room was very cozy and convenient. On tv you can watch Youtube, Netflix and Disney. Thank you very much to Yona, Putri and to all staff very much! 😊👍👍😍🥰
