Disappointing check-in..... Booked an apartment for 2 adults and 1 child, on checking in, was disapointed to find just 1 bed in the apartment. Went to reception, who informed me that there would be an additional charge, amazingly!!! Despite the fact that on the booking was 2 adults and a (14yr old) child. Poor service, and concealed charges, avoid!!!!

The food was excellent, with fresh salads sourced from the Green Room right in front of the hotel. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Resham. “Everything is perfect!” When asked about a recommendation. This immediately set a great tone for the evening. When I asked for a high-protein meal, Resham recommended a Mexican platter, which turned out to be delicious. He also managed expectations by letting me know in advance that it would take some time to prepare. Later, when I considered ordering another dish, he thoughtfully advised against it, mentioning that the current platter would be more than enough. Overall, it was a really pleasant dining experience.

Enjoyed my visit to the Green House Cafe at Treppan Hotel. Excellent Sustainability initiative. Purchased some of the best fresh, organic greens from the outlet. Best place to relax, work and meet friends. Excellent coffee. Good service. Value for money.

Dirty and looks only nice and clean in the reception but inside worst

Very dirty and bad condition need proper maintenance, probably the os disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Kitchen stinks Toilets stinks you don’t want to even eat in the kitchen the table placement in the kitchen most be thr worst part the environment in the kitchen is so dark and old. DONT RECOMMEND TO EAT THETE UNLESS UNEANT TO BR INFECTED
