This popular hotel is located on the beach of Playa Bavaro. The airport of Punta Cana is about 20 km away whilst the Plaza Bavaro with its countless shops, bars, restaurants, clubs and pubs as well as various other entertainment venues is only 20 minutes' walk from the hotel. We thoroughly loved our trip to Tropical Deluxe Princess in DR! It was a very relaxing vacation, and the resort was not too busy which was nice. I especially loved all of the nature and animals on the resort! Some of our favorite things; - Honeymoon Suite was stunning! The jacuzzi tub was great and we got a room right on the beach! - Platinum access was definitely worth it, especially for the private beach area and the private breakfast restaurant right on the beach - Staff were very nice and welcoming - Foam party in the pool was fun! - So many wild animals and a beautiful path in nature to walk from the lobby to the pool/beach! - If it was too hot to walk, the shuttles came around often to take you to different areas of the resort which was nice!

Hello, I’d like to share a review of our recent visit to the Tropical Deluxe Princess Resort in Punta Cana, DR. This resort is magnificent! The staff, grounds, amenities, beach, and food service were all amazing and the combination of all these ingredients made for a truly relaxing and wonderful vacation. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to their Platinum club. It is definitely worth it. You get access to exclusive restaurants, oversized beach loungers and so much more. The highly professional staff are all very customer oriented and really doing everything to make their guests stay a very enjoyable and memorable one. I would like to send a special appreciation to the people, who made our stay unforgettable: Nina from GuestServicee - she went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was nice and everything went smoothly. Manager of the Platinum restaurant Patricio ,all staff working at this restaurant, a special Cepin, Anderson and for sure a bartender Andrew!!! It was my birthday trip and all those people, I have mentioned above, made my day unforgettable. Special surprise birthday cake during our dinner!! When it was time to leave, Hector took great care of our luggage!! This was our second visit to this property and our time spent there is already calling back. Go there, you won’t be sorry.

I went there with some of my friends (7 of us). Resort is very nice and clean, the staff were great. Javier who cleaned pool #1 was the best. He made sure the pool area was always cleaned. He is a hard worker. Such a sweet and friendly guy. Renee, from Seapro was also a sweetheart. We booked the boat party excursion and since some of us were scared to take the little boat to the party boat, he made arrangements for us to go by car. Let's not forget the animation team Julio, Randy, Francisco, Pablo & Flavio. Those guys were hilarious 😂. Loved all the games. I practically joined all of them. I loved all the nightly shows but my favorite one was the staff talent show, I could not stop laughing. The best, best, best......I have no complaints with anything I posted above. I do wish the rooms had more lights and sockets. I found it a little too dark but they were very clean. Lastly, we made reservations for the Hibachi Restaurant and the Italian restaurant. The Hibachi food was delicious. The next day we had reservations for the Italian restaurant and when we got there, they didn't have our reservations or space for the 7 of us. That did upset me, but here was nothing anyone could do to accommodate us. I do plan to go back hopefully next year and hope to have the same experience and pray all these wonderful staff and animation team are still there.

Very beautiful hotel located in the middle od nature. Around the resort you can find some animals. Everything is clean and well kept resort. On the beach there is also a very attentive and professional lifeguard Miguel. I really reccomend this fantastic place.
