Tropicana Hotel

We booked a room here after having a nightmare stay at EDEN VIEW next door. Tropicana had the most amazing staff and the property was awesome. Very clean and they have shuttle services on the property. The food was good as well. Very clean and I would definitely stay here again!!!

We just got back from the most incredible week at Tropicana Hotel and... wow. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This place is amazing. The hotel is absolutely stunning — super modern, SPOTLESS, and the layout is kind of like two hotels in one with different pool areas and menus. We loved having the option to change up the vibe each day. You have the option for fine dining or more bar food depending on what you fancy. The food was genuinely amazing — and really well priced for the quality. Highly recommend the lobster pasta at the lower level pool only 34 euros! Didn't have a bad meal whilst we were there, all fresh ingredients, arrived hot, drinks really good. Lots of options. The staff are what truly make this place so special. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care. We were shocked they even remembered us from over two years ago — how lovely is that?! We had mentioned it was my husband’s birthday when booking, and they surprised us when we arrived. Such a thoughtful gesture! Our room was out of this world, it was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the view in the morning? Just unreal. One of my favourite things was how peaceful it was — the soundproofing is great, so we got perfect sleep every night (and the occasional nap!). There’s a little shuttle that runs around the complex (super helpful in the heat and hills), and they’ll even drive you over to the Beach House where the music and vibe is pumping! The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk to Paradise Beach and a short 15-20 minute bus ride (2 euros each way) into Mykonos Town or taxi is 30 euros each way). Super convenient. Shop, laundry and like a pizza/kebab place 5 minutes walk away. Honestly, this was the best holiday we’ve had, it was pure luxury. Huge thanks to the Tropicana team for making it so special. The location is absolutely perfect, surrounded by stunning scenery that enhances the overall experience. The staff truly stands out, with the reception team being the most friendly and accommodating I've ever encountered—it's a welcoming first impression that sets this hotel apart from the rest. Tropicana offers a clean, stylish, and spacious environment, complemented by outstanding service that exceeds expectations. The value for money is remarkable, and the attentive and efficient service makes every moment enjoyable. My room was well-appointed and incredibly comfortable, making it an ideal setting for celebrating my friend's birthday. I can’t wait to return for an even longer stay in the future—it’s a hidden gem that deserves to be experienced!

This hotel was excellent, from the moment of check in to check out, the staff went above and beyond. They really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Our room was stunning with great views. The spa and the spa people were excellent. As were the wait staff. Very close to the bus stop to get into town. I highly recommend this hotel!
