Let me start by saying we received the best service we’ve ever had on any trip, and we’re avid travelers! My wife and I spent a week and decided to stay away from the “hotel zone”. Trs Coral is such a beautiful property and best part was their service. This is majorly due to our AMAZING butlers, Benjy & Alexia. They completely went above and beyond everything we asked for and always checked in daily to see how we were doing or if needed anything. The food and drinks were great as well and couldn’t have asked for better weather. My wife’s favorite detail was the small boat rides taking us to wherever we wanted to go! We highly recommend this property and if you can, please ask for Benjy & Alexia as your butlers!! A++++

Amazing experience

This is my 3rd time here at TRS. I love this hotel. It’s beautiful and on the smaller side so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. There is great variety in food so something for everyone. I especially enjoyed Helios for lunch and Capricio for breakfast. I was seated in Francisco’s section for my very first meal there and ever since I always request him. He is so nice and attentive. Always remembers what I (and my friends) like. I was lucky enough to have Hector as my butler during my first visit and to my surprise he was my butler during my latest stay too. Always checked in with me to see if I needed anything or if I had reservations for the restaurants. Monse was my other butler and she was just lovely! Both of them just so kind. We were ALWAYS greeted by name. This is just my favorite resort and I can’t wait to return….

The best server!

We had dinner at El Gaucho during our honeymoon, and it ended up being one of the best nights of our trip. The food and the atmosphere were both amazing, but what really stood out was our server, Eduardo. He was super friendly, funny, and made us feel so comfortable the whole time. He had a great vibe and made the evening feel really special. Thanks to him, we left with some of our favorite memories from Cancun. Honestly, he’s one of the best servers we’ve ever had!

The perfect weekend getaway.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. From the beginning to the end. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful. At check in David assisted me. My first butler at the loft suite Jesus assisted me in making all of my reservations. I did switch my rooms in the middle of my stay so that I could experience two different room categories. I then had Yessica as my butler and she was amazing. I was not fan of all of the food. However the food at Helios was delicious. I had pasta and salmon. For dinner I had pasta at the Italian restaurant and that was delicious. The food at the Argentinian restaurant was disappointing the steak was tough and the truffle fries weren’t truffle at all. The shrimp empanada was delicious though. Room service for breakfast was delicious, but I didn’t care for the buffet breakfast. The food Chic Cabaret was disappointing. The mango margarita with Tajin was delicious. The food from the pool bar was ok, but the rib burrito, I would definitely get it again. However, the staff made sure I had an amazing evening. There were several weddings taking place and everyone was still so helpful. The spa service was amazing, I went twice. If I could’ve extended my stay I definitely would have. I was solo and had such a great time. The bed was comfortable. The photo ops on the beach were so cute. And I have some fire pictures. I definitely recommend the swim out suite or loft suite. They have atm on the property as well. The boat from TRS and Grand Palladium was super cute as well.
