TRS Ibiza Hotel (Adults Only)

The hotel is absolute high quality. All food and special restaurants are enjoyable. All cocktails and Alcoholic Drinks are also perfect and free if you are signature level guest. The beach of the hotel was the best for me in Ibiza. Quiet, fancy and clean

TRS continues to offer a great experience. I’ve stayed here many times and never been disappointed. Rooms are great, views fantastic esp if you get a sea view. Food is good, service good and sometimes very good. Pool areas clean and well cared for. It’s a busy lively adults only hotel so that’s what you sign up to and I think it delivers. Prices can vary, we tend to use it when we will use all the facilities so it’s worthwhile. Yes there probably are a few niggles but in probably a dozen visits we’ve not found anything to put us off.

Upon arriving at TRS Ibiza Hotel on 7/4/25 at approximately 5:30pm for our 7/3-7/8 stay (flight delayed for 7/3 arrival) to celebrate our 18 year wedding anniversary. My wife and I were greeted by the hotel staff and upon exiting the taxi, the bellboy Rodri had already removed our bags, closed the trunk, and informed us our luggage would be waiting in the front lobby. Our taxi driver then proceeded to drive away. Upon completing the check-in process at the front desk, we then proceeded to retrieve our bags in which we noticed one bag was missing which was my wife's anniversary gift. From there we were doing everything we could to work with the front desk to get ahold of the taxi company asap providing them with a screenshot of the taxi vehicle number and tag number in which luckily I had on person from taking a picture of a view of the island from the backseat of taxi and the taxi number and license plate number was luckily visible on front windshield from my picture view. From there the front desk got me in touch with Jun, Bellboy Manager and Marc, TRS Property Manager. From when the bag was lost on 7/4 up until our check-out on 7/8, neither Jun nor Marc provided customer support to us on this issue and stated that this was ultimately our responsibility that the bag was lost and not the bellboy Rodri who failed to ask if all bags in trunk indeed belonged to us. My wife and I were the only 2 that were dropped off at TRS by the taxi driver at that time. As a repeat customer for TRS upon staying at TRS Cancun, TRS Yucatan, and now TRS Ibiza I expected self accountability and better professionalism on the hotel to reimburse us back for the gift in which was not cheap at $772.49 (receipt of item was provided to both Marc and Jun). Again, Marc repeated himself by saying the hotel had zero responsibility for the item left in the trunk of the taxi knowingly that we never asked Rodri to remove our items nor did he acknowledge that all items in the truck were ours before leaving an expensive item of ours left in the trunk. I would advise anyone arriving at TRS Ibiza Hotel, please do not allow the bellboys to touch your luggage without your authorization. If you do authorize please be sure all your belongings are accounted for as we never got this opportunity to do so. I will be further proceeding to reach out to the corporate team at Palladium Hotel Group on this matter to make them aware of this situation.

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at TRS Ibiza. Food was excellent, staff are fabulous and the room / facilities are second to none. There is a beautiful little cove beach just minutes walk direct from the hotel and Mambo is a short walk away. The butler service is fantastic - they really do sort everything out for you. Thank you, Romain! We opted for Signature Level and thought it was great value for money. The free VIP tickets to clubs, exclusive access to the nice Bali beds at the pools, wider range of cocktails / drinks and overall enhanced service is well worth the extra ££. Shout out to Danielle on reception who really went above and beyond to make our stay very special and also to Andras, who kept us well topped up with drinks at the pool and was great fun!! We loved it that much that we will be returning for my 50th birthday next year! Well done and thank you to all the staff at TRS Ibiza 🙏🏻

Stayed three nights with a friend to celebrate 40th birthday. The room was spacious and wonderful. Great views over pool and bay. Bed was comfortable and room was dark for very restful sleep. The location of the hotel is close to a couple of small cove / beaches for swimming. We also had lovely dinner at Cala Gracioneta which is 10 Min walk and would highly recommend. We didn’t use the pool/beds extensively but noticed that the majority were always reserved early with towels. We didn’t see staff removing towels to make room for other guests. There was a DJ and entertainment during the afternoon of one day we stayed which was fantastic. Breakfast is a buffet and has a selection of absolutely everything from continental breakfast - cheeses, meats, croissants and pastries, fruits, cakes through to hot breakfasts of med veg, hash browns, beans, sausages, eggs Bennie, eggs every way possible and waffles/pancakes and oats. Literally everything. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was very straight forward getting advice and arranging taxis The reason I personally don’t think this is a 5* is the service. On arrival the check in was friendly but took forever, they took our bags before telling us our room was not ready, one returning them we were told to just use the toilets to get changed. The queues for breakfast were long everyday. Yes they moved relatively quickly but more often than not there were plenty of tables available. Finally at lunch on our first day at the pop up bar, we were ignored for the first 5 minutes whilst staff reset tables and talked between themselves. Overall lovely stay, great hotel but not 5*
