TS Suites exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. The rooms are incredibly spacious and modern, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra special. We especially loved the rooftop pool and lounge area—perfect for sunsets and cocktails. The location is fantastic—tucked away just enough for peace and quiet, but still within easy reach of Seminyak’s best cafes, shops, and beach clubs. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the 24-hour room service was a great bonus for our late nights. Highly recommend TS Suites for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Bali. We’ll definitely be back!

Luxury close to everything

Beautiful hotel. Room so comfortable and spacious. Comfy bed and pillows. Lounge was also very comfy which is unusual for a hotel suite. Staff are very helpful and friendly. All day breakfast is handy and other food items tasty. Club sandwich is delicious. Staff is lobby really helpful when crossing the road if busy too. Only negative is bathroom lighting could be better. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, huge rooms although slightly dated, the bed was very comfortable and the roof top bar and pool is amazing and great for drinks and a swim, the breakfast area was fantastic with a good selection of Indonesian and western food available. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly,polite and warm, I would stay at this hotel again anytime.

Lovely staff, large rooms and super comfy sleep

The staff were so lovely - especially when my husband wasn’t well. They arranged a doctor and were very helpful - also checking in on him as he recovered. The location is good - close to shopping and easy, flat walk to the beach. They do have a little buggy that drives to the beach on the hour also. The pool is spacious with plenty of seating and lots of shade. Rooms were large and bed was comfortable - pillows were super soft and cosy. The music that plays through the corridors was really loud which made it hard to fall asleep. We gave this feedback to staff and they took it on board and had it turned down for the next night which was so appreciated. Really impressed with how quickly that feedback was actioned. The only thing that let it down a little was the breakfast. We found it a bit limited especially for vegetarian options. Toaster wasn’t the best but that’s a minor thing. Overall, a lovely stay with wonderful staff.
