TS Suites is a decent option to stay, especially because of its good location near the market, which makes moving around easy. The hotel itself is comfortable and well maintained. However, the front desk staff was very rude, which was disappointing. Other staff members were fine and helpful. Food options are very limited for vegetarians like me, so that could definitely be improved. A plus point is the free daily minibar, which includes 2 water bottles and 2 cold drinks, and that was a nice touch. Overall, I would rate the stay as okay—not great, not bad, but acceptable mainly for the location and basic comforts.

We experienced a very dirty hotel that was poorly maintained. The shower door was broken, causing water to splatter everywhere during showers, which resulted in my daughter falling twice. The towels were a dull grey, and the floor mat emitted an unpleasant odor. Although the staff assisted us in changing rooms, we discovered that each room had the same issues. While the hotel is spacious, I cannot recommend it due to its poor condition.

This was our sixth time going to this hotel and this has to be the worst, hotel is really needing some maintenance done, hardly any hot water, can’t pay for drinks at the pool and the breakfast was average to be honest. Unfortunately this wall be the last time we go.

Beautiful resort, cannot fault. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was great and bed supercomfy with large room. Great value for money on a perfect spot !
