Tu Casa Gelidonya Hotel

We had an amazing time at Tu Casa Gelidonya Hotel! I visited with my family and friends, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a very friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious with many options, and we enjoyed every meal. The pool and beach were great, and the entertainment made our stay even more fun. We felt very relaxed and happy throughout our holiday. I highly recommend Tu Casa Gelidonya Hotel to anyone visiting Kemer. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

Great location and friendly staff, we were there with friends and had a wonderful time especially the management was very polite and friendly we never had any problems during our stay when you are in the area it’s worth giving a visit thanks to everyone in the team

Don’t know where to start about this hotel. Booked through on the beach, was not baby friendly at all, although they took the booking for the baby. No ramps for pushchair was literally carrying it up and down stairs. Exhausted to say the least. The tiny lift was located on the 1st floor so had to carry the pushchair up the first flight of stairs. Then go into the lift ?? no sense in it at all. Was given 2 rooms, 1 room the A/C was very rubbish. Only 1 socket in each room impossible to charge or do anything. No kettle provided in room if wanted one had to pay a £30 refundable deposit for it. Had to ask many times for something from staff downstairs. Some of the staff were extremely rude. Weren’t allowed to bring food up to the bedroom, which could have been easier considering they take on bookings for children and babies. Absolutely huge queues for hot food, upto 40/50 minz wait, like being in school except a lot worse. Icecream was only available from 3-4. However a lovely lady named Elif was very helpful and very sweet & made us feel welcome. If you do visit approach her for help. Sunbeds were just plastic no coverings to make it more comfortable. Whereas the beach did have the extra covering for comfort. The beach also had nowhere to wash your feet when exiting. Towels were not allowed to be taken anywhere and was also required to pay extra deposit for towels as well as using the safe in the bedroom. WiFi was also at an additional cost of 3 euros a day & it was still absolutely rubbish! The boss/owner is so miserable & angry - speaks to people who have paid to be at his hotel like rubbish. Then when someone shows him anger for doing so, says they are aggressive. He’s not helpful at all. Sshs people when they are trying to speak. Some other staff was also rude shut us down before even trying to speak saying I don’t speak English. But many people use Google translator. Very unprofessional & rude staff. Will not be visiting again, ruined our stay made us feel so uneasy at all lunch and dinner times. Or to approach them for help. Absolutely exhausted. Not happy at all. Would not recommend at all, more like a 3 star.
