Tui Magic Life Masmavi

July 2025 Firstly we have been to many hotels in both Turkey and Cyprus so have a number to compare to. In the Magic Life Masmavi, check in was great – very quick and efficient, you then get taken by golf cart to your room. Our rooms were in a great location, couldn’t have asked for better (as long as you don’t mind staying up until the music stops at 12pm) we were right by the Pool bar and the Wunderbar! The rooms were spotlessly clean, in fact I think it’s the cleanest hotel we have ever been to! However the rooms were so dark and dingy you could barely see, doesn’t help that one of the bedside lights was broken, not that it would have helped much! The mini fridge is stocked with water and soft drinks, which you have to request more from the app, however some of our bottles of fizz were taken and not replaced, but we got plenty of water which is all we needed. The rooms are a decent size but not much in the way of storage as there is only 2 drawers in the bedside tables and the wardrobes are not long enough to hang your dresses in, so have to double over or hang out the wardrobe! Take a water bottle as plenty of refill stations. The cocktail list is not great but the beer is decent and the wine wasn’t bad, they just need more waiters if this is a 5 star! The beach is wonderful and a great selling point, you can walk out to sea for quite a way! The shop in the hotel is ridiculously expensive, one of the worst but quite a way outside to catch the bus if you want to get anything! Pro’s and cons about the food….. the breakfast and lunch was really nice, the beachfront snack bar for lunch was really delicious and the quality of the food is very good! However, the main reason I would not return to this hotel is the evening meals in the buffet restaurant! It is a bit mismatched, you walk in by the dips, salads, cheeses, but then you have to go along to the far wall for the salad items. But the cooked stations are too close and certainly not enough of them so the queuing was awful!! By the time you sat down your food was cold!! Again this is not great for a 5 star! The first week the waiter service was not great and we had to wait ages for a drink or refill, but we moved sections in the second week and Ozan (I think his name was) was just great in the terrace section. The buffet restaurant cannot cope with the sheer number of guests and we changed our eating time to get earlier and earlier! If you like activities this is the hotel for you… there is so much to do, but some of the games / activities overlap so my sons quite often missed something as didn’t get there on time from another activity! But the team put so much effort into the activities and work hard! I felt very sorry for the entertainment team having to speak with people every evening, but they work tirelessly! I must apologise for my first review, I was so so tired and emotional that I let my own inability to control a situation be blamed elsewhere! The entertainment team are nothing but really nice, helpful and work so hard, I don’t know how they do it! I would be one big sweaty mess mid afternoon after some of the exercises and it’s a very long day for them! I must say I am not sure why some guests think it’s funny pushing the entertainment team into the pool after games, you are only ruining their trainers and then they have to race back to their rooms, change, before set off for the next activity! All in all I wouldn’t go back, great hotel for cleanliness, food quality, beach and activities but really poor on the main restaurant!!

I was hoping to go on holiday to get some peace away from work, as everyone does, and found myself having the best time in this hotel!! The rooms were a good size, with great Air conditioning and extremely clean! The breakfast and lunch (snack bar on the beach) were amazing!! And I couldn’t fault them at all!! The evening meal was also good quality food, however, sometimes only slightly warm and there was a bit of queuing to get food. But the best part about the whole hotel was the entertainment!! There were many activities that we got involved in throughout the day and the entertainment team were fantastic leaders and great at getting everyone involved! Another good aspect of the hotel was that in the evening, there were a lot of different shows and events on. For example, the entertainment team dance shows, live music, DJ’s and a lot of dancing! During the parties and live music, the entertainment team come round and socialise and dance with the guests which I found was a great touch because it again gets everyone involved and makes the hotel feel friendly!! All of the entertainment team are incredibly nice, friendly and couldn’t fault them at all!! They are the best part of the hotel by far and want to express my thanks and praise to them all!!

We were at Tui Magic Live 3 weeks ago, and this was our 3rd time at the hotel.  We have had a great time as always, thanks to amazing staff who go above and beyond to make your holiday extra special. From the restaurant staff, we would like to thank to Cemile and Deniz they were both great, super attentive, and our glasses were never empty - top service. From the pool bar, we would like to thank Siman, Mehmet, and Adem on the Rollerblades they are all brilliant, funny, and super hard working. Also, from the pool bar extra thanks to Ender for looking after us every night, he was super attentive and made us feel special. We also would like to thank to all girls in the kids club Ozgun, Lilie, Luisa and Aleyna for looking after our 7 years old twins who have loads of energy to spend and girls managed to keep them busy and engaged at all the times 😊 especially Ozgun - her and the boys became great friends and had extra fun spending time together. We also would recommend this hotel for entertainment and activities/ classes. I've had a great time and loads of fun going to trampoline jumping classes with Bryan and circuit classes, but unfortunately, I can't remember the boy's name 🙈 but I think he was from Columbia Entertainment and shows at night were brilliant and engaging especially thanks to Emma who put a lot of work and effort to make this spectacular :) We also enjoyed the variety of different artists and bands - you will never have time to be bored in this hotel, therefore if you are looking for a holiday that everyone can enjoy and find something interesting and fun to do then Tui Magic Live is definitely place to go 😊

This was our first time at a Tui Magic Life resort. Looking at others now in other parts of the world. We arrived at the hotel early hours with my family after a private transfer,check in was very quick! We'd paid for x2 rooms in the main building & requested to be together,part of the request was fulfilled so contacted first choice on our return as didnt get the rooms we'd paid for. We were put in the village rooms. We were given pool cards too so we could get towels the next morning. We were taken to our room by a bell boy & buggy. Grounds are absolutely immaculate!! Staff are constantly working, keeping gardens,plants, and grass pathways clean. The hotel room was cleaned every day & towel art left by sweet cleaners & fridge replenished with bottled water. We sat in the same area for breakfast & waiters got to know what our drinks order was before you even ordered it. I'm gluten free, I went to guest services & received an allergy card & WhatsApp number for the chef. One morning, he made me fresh pancakes with jam & fresh fruit. There's a part for soya milk and gluten-free bread,only issue is it's a shared toaster which would be a problem for a celiac. All food is labelled, which is helpful & they do themed nights,buffet does get very busy!! Queues can be big at some stations which ends up in resulting food getting cold. One member of staff that stood out to our family was a lovely young gentleman from guest services called Yiğit he's definitely in the right job & an asset to the magic life resort. He made reservations on our behalf into the ala carte restaurants,he also gifted us another two visits,we would see him walk around the hotel chatting to families & always asked if there was anything we needed. I've never experienced this with any other hotel we've visited. There's a magic life app that you can download to book all bookable activities like Archery,water cycling,beach zumba,restaurants & informs you what entertainment is on so very handy. Comparing the entertainment to our last Turkey visit,I didn't think all nights were great,our favourite night was when they brought in stunt guys on bikes (the wall of death) My husband is someone who gets involved in most activities & this hotel is perfect for keeping you busy as there's something going on constantly. Pool games,races,inflatables,foam beach party,silent disco,silent cinema, the list goes on. White night was my favourite,they put a lot of effort in decoarting the whole hotel even the restaurant gets a makeover. Oktay, who does archery is a sweet, down to earth guy,whos got plenty of patience with all the beginners. We went to Lands of Legends one evening,the hotel reception ordered us a taxi that came within minutes,cost €15 each way. Beach was sandy with a few stones as you stepped into the water. We also did parasalling with an independent company,it is a little expensive you can pay by card & cash. Adem is friendly & always around on his skates to take your drinks order so you dont have to get up. Enjoyed the food down at the beach,fresh salad,kebab meat,pizza etc... My husband loved the massive burgers,as soon as you sat down, a waiter would take your drinks order then as soon as you'd finished you didn't have time to blink & your plate was cleared away. Staff work their socks off here. We chilled out in the adults only bar on the beach one evening & Harry (Jesus christ) looked after us very well,Bless him. Thank you for a wonderful holiday,missing my beach,pool,hot weather,staff and all-inclusive. Got serious holiday blues,which is proof of a great holiday 😀

This place is advertised as a 5 star resort the truth is, its 4 star at a push and if you want a 5 star experience once you arrive you expected to pay more for it! Upgrades are thrushed in your face which you would of thought woukd just be included in a 5* resort. There are arguments daily over swim up room sun loungers with people getting up at ridiculous o'clock to put out towels. Then if you decide to stay at your swim up room your pretty far from a bar for drinks and there is no service around that area. However again want a sun lounger at another pool again. Get yourself up early as loungers are limited! One pool doesn't even have seating around it a complete pointless pool. Your mini bar only topped up if you once again pay to upgrade!! Now if your a family that like to keep fit this maybe the hotel for you most women walking round in there yoga gear rather then a bikini! If your English be prepared to be ignored or spoken rudely to unless you tip big then your everyone's best friend! But don't bring Turkish lira as there look down nose at you and insist Euro, even when trying to book excursions through the rep there wack extra on for paying in Lira crazy when its the countries currency! Food- not 5* at all. Food is cold and flavourless in the main restaurant the themed resturants only tried one at moment its ok but again not like other 5* we have stayed in. Bar; basic menu but of course want something half decent pay extra! Entertainment- erm gives caravan park vibes. Rooms- basic. We are staying in the lagoon swim up rooms, wouldn't really call it a swim up more a pool view. Bed so uncomfortable, sheets to small for bed, pillows flat as pancake asked for more didnt really help. This hotel over sells and under delivers!! This is my third time in Turkey and I've never counted down days to go home like I am at this hotel!!!
