The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that this place has no respect for its guests. The reception staff are not only unprofessional but downright rude, showing zero hospitality or basic manners. Instead of welcoming guests, they treat you like a burden. The so-called “policies” of this hotel are nothing but cheap excuses to avoid responsibility and to make every step of your stay frustrating. Everything feels designed to complicate your visit rather than to make it comfortable. The way the management and staff deal with visitors is disgraceful. They have no sense of customer service, no flexibility, and absolutely no care for the experience of the people who actually pay money to stay there. It is unbelievable that such a place is allowed to operate in the hospitality industry at all. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of other options where you will at least be treated like a human being and not like an unwanted problem. Staying here is a mistake I would never repeat, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking.
