Worst Experience with This Hotel

The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that this place has no respect for its guests. The reception staff are not only unprofessional but downright rude, showing zero hospitality or basic manners. Instead of welcoming guests, they treat you like a burden. The so-called “policies” of this hotel are nothing but cheap excuses to avoid responsibility and to make every step of your stay frustrating. Everything feels designed to complicate your visit rather than to make it comfortable. The way the management and staff deal with visitors is disgraceful. They have no sense of customer service, no flexibility, and absolutely no care for the experience of the people who actually pay money to stay there. It is unbelievable that such a place is allowed to operate in the hospitality industry at all. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of other options where you will at least be treated like a human being and not like an unwanted problem. Staying here is a mistake I would never repeat, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

Taking some time out to acknowledge the housekeeping staff and front desk staff at Tulip Hotel Apartments. Housekeeping, in particular, has some friendly and outstanding young men. Mahin, Johurul, Hasan, and Nojirhossain have provided a warm and pleasant experience by taking great care while performing their daily duties. The facility as a whole is clean, spacious, and kept in immaculate shape at all times. Making our stay a wonderful and memorable one. Thanks to all the staff and management for a job well done.

1/5 stars Al Barsha Tulip Hotel? More like Al Barsha ‘We Couldn’t Care Less’ Hotel! I’ve never met a manager and receptionist so allergic to basic manners. Honestly, who hired these people? They act like you’re inconveniencing them just by checking in. The vibe is literally, ‘Why are you even here? We don’t need your money, we’re too good for guests.’ Excuse me? Last I checked, this is a hotel, not some private clubhouse! Their rudeness is next-level – even our kids got the death-stare treatment. It’s like they go out of their way to ruin your mood. I’ve stayed in tiny motels with friendlier staff than this circus. Dubai has hundreds of hotels where they actually SMILE at guests. Do yourself a favor: stay anywhere else. Unless, of course, you enjoy being treated like an unwanted pest.

I advise you do not book this hotel if you don't want to waste money, ruin your vocation and get stressed. The staff is rude and they don't respect their customers. Security Osman is very aggressive, humiliated me and I didn't sleep all night | cried and was waiting for a manager. And also receptionist Hasnain doesn't want to help and find solution. They don't know how to work with customers. WiFi is too slow. Hotel doesn't provide a bus to the beach. Hair dryer is old stops to work every 2 min. Breakfast is not nice. From proteins you'll get only eggs. There is no coffee machine. They care only about money and ask for deposit.
