The hotel is set on a hill only 200 m from the sea and offers a superb view of sandy Ladies beach. It is located in a quite area, yet is not far from a range of local bars, restaurants and shops. It is 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Kusadasi and Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 90 km. Renovated in 2006, this apartment hotel offers a bar, a TV room and a restaurant. Each room comes with a direct dial telephone, a satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with a minibar. The air conditioning is individually regulated and rooms include a balcony. There is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, complete with a poolside snack bar and parasols. A variety of water sports activities are also available in the local area for a small additional fee. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet, while lunch and dinner may be either selected from a set menu or ordered à la carte.

What an amazing hotel from start to finish. The Management and staff have to be applauded. The Hotel is not too far away from Ladies Beach. Some comments on here seems very unfair. The rooms are clean and well serviced and the housekeeping staff very accommodating. Reception can book excursions for you such as Jeep Safari etc and tend to be cheaper than the kiosks in the area. They can even book amazing Turkish Bath (high end) and Massages for you in a high end Spa. The staff are always warm, welcoming and friendly. The management (Ozcan) couldn't be more accommodating and nothing was an issue. There are many many hotels in Kusadasi, all with rooms and pools, but the atmosphere here is amazing.

This hotel was amazing from management to all the staff.The room was cleaned everyday also had fresh towels were given everyday.Daniel is a credit to this hotel keeping everyone entertained and a such friendly guy.We defo be back next year so near to ladies beach and always felt safe in this hotel.To all the staff at this hotel you work so hard and it's shows you are all a credit to yourselves.

I stayed here for 6 days in July to attend a wedding I must say this hotel is perfect for families The hotel staff were very nice and helpful The pool area and surrounding are very clean the entertainment guy called Daniel is great with the people and kids I would definitely recommend And the price is quite affordable

Where do I begin. With the positives. The staff eg housekeeping and shop are great. The manager is out on a night watching over the staff the entertainment is non existent besides a man who calls himself Daniel that is a jack of all trades and master of none he works from 10 in a morning till 2 the following morning and at least one occasion was shouted at by the manager a theme that would run through this holiday. The manager shouted at a member of his bar staff who then wasn't seen for a couple of hours. The room is so erley outdated but clean the electric sockets are hanging out the tiles are cracked. The pool has no lifeguard. One nice thing is thecpool cleaner is always around and cleaning up on a morning and a night. The housekeepers are friendly. This hotel is nit for you if you like even thee smallest amount of peace and quiet. Other holiday makers let their kids run around banging on doors till 5.30 am in the morning and shout to each other across the balconies. The might entertainment was one set of belly dancers who were on for 15 mins and that was it for the week. The place is up a really high hill and we knew about that before hand so that was no issue. Taxis are easy to come across aircon has to be paid for when you get there about 50 pounds for the week. Thecplace needs a complete overhall and renovation. We love turkey and kusadasi but would not recommend this hotel at all and it's a shame
