Tusan Beach Resort

Here now and only day 2!! Awful dirty and disgusting room. Food is awful and cold Staff don’t help you I’ve never been to a hotel like this!!! Staff are rude and just tell you no or finished Not enough sunbeds for hotel guests. Slippy floors and kids just slip, staff don’t sweep floor Ran out of ice so drinks are warm Reception don’t want help Only restaurants open is the Buffett Pics don’t live up to the hotel. Don’t waste your money!! No rep to help us I’ve been to a lot of all inclusive in Turkey and this is the worst one I’ve ever stayed in. Needs shutting down and some serious work on it. Shame on jet2 for even working with this hotel

My family of four (two adults, two children) recently had a wonderful all-inclusive holiday at the Tusan Beach Resort in Kuşadası, Turkey, booked through easyJet holidays. The entire process, from start to finish, was incredibly smooth. Booking our trip on the easyJet app was simple and straightforward. While we were a little disappointed to see the price drop by about £300 a few weeks after we booked, the overall value for our trip was excellent. The flights were on time, and upon arrival at Izmir airport, we were met by a friendly easyJet team member who directed us to our transfer bus. The transfer team was brilliant and got us to the resort efficiently. Check-in at the hotel was quick and easy, with the reception staff being very welcoming. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, cleaning them daily and providing fresh towels and bed sheets. The entertainment team at the Tusan Beach Resort deserves special mention. They were absolutely fantastic, and a big shout-out to Ala Aldeen, who was a brilliant part of the team. They kept both the kids and adults entertained throughout the holiday. The food was generally good, but we found it to be a bit repetitive with no special themed nights or unique dishes. Despite this, there was always something for everyone to eat. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday. The hotel management and staff were outstanding, and we would highly recommend the Tusan Beach Resort for a family holiday.

Family of 4. (2 adults 2 children) Food was average, all inclusive doesn’t tend to be amazing most of the time however could’ve been a lot better. Our mattress was extremely hard. The lights at the side of the bed wouldn’t turn off and were certainly installed incorrectly with tape & wires hanging out. The toilet was a constant smell. The flusher wouldn’t work properly which I had to take off and fix manually on several occasions other than that, the room was clean enough. There were many of areas where the hotel could certainly do with maintenance doing. The kids slides area was very grotty, the kids toilets were absolutely disgusting, never cleaned. The toilets in the main hotel area were fairly new and maintained every half hour. The spa was good. The sunbeds were all reserved with towels every day, if you’re not up and out reserving your bed before 8, you’ll be lucky to get one. The shows were good enough, kids entertainment, only problem, they were on fairly late. Kids show (9pm). Overall the reviews on websites were a lot better than what the hotel actually is, be wary.
