Umana’s hospitality is the best we have received. The trip is especially memorable with the keen effort our butler, Karen, has put in. Also we would like to extend our gratitude to Eni, Arya and Ulisa. You all have made our trip very memorable! First of first, we are highly satisfied with our butler, Karen. She is cheerful, attentive and dedicated, from promptly response to our request in the villa, to safely getting us( a family of eight aged 9-90) around the hotel and flawlessly arranging us for using the facilities in the hotel, like restaurants and beach house. The villa itself is new, luxuriously designed and well-equipped , for example, built in type C charger at night stands and desks and multiple portable Bluetooth speakers (Sonos) where we can play music by the pool. The pool is big and deep for a private pool (1.4m). The whole villa is very spacious, yet still can draw people to get close to hang out in the common area without too much walking. Semi-buffet breakfast in Commune is so decent. I like especially their immune booster shots from the juice bar. The authentic Indonesian desserts are something you don’t want to miss too. Besides, I must tell you their mushroom cappuccino soup on the a la carte menu is our repetitive choice. We were lucky enough to see some Balinese dancing on pool deck at dinner on the night they held a special event. What a surprise to get to see the cultural dance without leaving the hotel. The restaurant manager, Eni, is very friendly and helpful. She and her team expedited the best service and shared me a lot about Balinese culture! We watched sunset in their Mediterranean restaurant, Oliverra. Their steak is excellent! Staff in the kids club are very friendly too. She played hide and seek with the kids and showed us hot to play Indonesian old games. The gym is big with versatile machines and equipment. A lot of mirrors!! Overall it is an exquisite experience for us. We highly recommend this hotel. If you have a chance to stay, try going for their three-bedroom villa.
