Umana Bali LXR Hotels and Resorts

This is my second time at this resort and it was just as memorable as the first. This is my favorite LXR property and I am always telling people if they’re in Bali they should check it out. Darma was my personal UMANA Curator and was very helpful throughout my stay. I was there to help celebrate my friends recent marriage and they were in awe of the room we stayed in (2 bedroom Villa suite with ocean view). I plan on coming back again in a few months!

Stay dates: 2026.03.07-2026.03.09 This was our very special trip to celebrate our 8th year wedding anniversary after we got married in Conrad Bali in year 2018. My husband spent his childhood in Surabaya and love Indonesia so much! So we were always thinking to go back to Bali but since our daughter was too little, we had to wait till she became certain age to fully enjoy beautiful Bali! ☺️ During our Bali trip, we stayed in Conrad before moved to Umana Bali and had an amazing time there. And after we arrived at Umana, another amazing journey begun. We were greeted by the traditional gong sound even before got off from the taxi. And afterwards we met Drama who was our butler during our stay. His attentiveness, kindness, and proactive service made a huge difference throughout our stay. He was always one step ahead, ensuring that every request was handled smoothly and quickly. His care for arranging activities, assisting with transportation, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, Darma’s professionalism and warm personality truly elevated our experience. We were also deeply grateful for the assistance of Keita. Keita welcomed us with such warmth and explained about the stamp tour activity in a very gentle manner. she continued to ensure that our stay was seamless till we leave the resort. Whenever we go she was there to ensure everything is in smooth order. (Commune, Oliverra etc) We would like to also express our sincere appreciation to the buggy drivers who kindly transported us around the resort. They were prompt, friendly and weldocoming. Our dining experience in the evening restaurant was another highlight of our stay. We would like to sincerely thank Lofan from Commune. When we just arrived at the restaurant by buggy, he was about to off to work and leaving the restaurant. But right after he saw us, he turned back and escorted us, holding my 4years old daughter hand and arranged us a nice and comfortable table. When my daughter wanted to drink Mango Juice, he even went extra miles and check the availability with other outlets and served to my daugther when it was not available in Commune. He took our food and drink order and made sure everthing is in order then excuse himself in a very gentle way. Aftwerwards we were taking care by Adriana (not sure if the name is correct… ☹️ lady with beautiful smile who has 3 children!) and she was also attentive, friendly, and created such a pleasant atmosphere during dinner. On 2nd day, we wen to Oliverra and greeted by Wydia. Although the food at the Oliverra did not quite meet our expectations, the exceptional service from Wydia completely made up for it Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made the entire dining experience enjoyable and memorable. (I didn't even mention about the food and happily left the restaurant! ☺️) Traveling with the little one, the Kids Club was also an important part of our stay, and it exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to Nami and Kade, who were absolutely wonderful with our daughter. Their energy, kindness, and genuine care created a safe and fun environment where the kids could happily play and participate in activities. Normally our daughter will not like to stay by herself in Kids Club but she had such a fun time with them alone! So we could rest in Villa ☺️ Our private pool villa was absolutely stunning. The view, the privacy, and the beautifully designed space created the perfect environment to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Bali. Every corner of the villa reflected thoughtful design and impeccable maintenance, making our stay incredibly comfortable. But what truly makes Umana Bali special is not only the beautiful property, but the incredible people who work there. Every team member we encountered demonstrated sincere hospitality and pride in their work. Thank you once again to everyone for making our stay so special. Because of all of you, our time at Umana Bali was unforgettable, and we will certainly cherish these memories for a long time. We very much look forward to returning in the future.

Loved the stay in LXR by Hilton Umana Bali. Food and beverage was incredible in Uma Beach Club, Oliveira, Pad Bar, Commune, Mer. Team was very friendly and engaged with us throughout the stay making it Special and showcasing Hilton hospitality. We tried the BBQ dinner at the hotel and it was a great experience. The villa is spectacular and the welcome / arrival experience in the hotel is stunning. Special thanks to Bisma, Wulan, Putra, Mercal, Aldi, Lofan, Chef Nuka, Tara, Fadhil, Ary, wonderful team at Commune. Under the leadership of GM Nicola, HM Brian and Commercial Leader Sugnan, our stay in the hotel was a truly memorable one.

beautiful breakfast at Umana. From the very beginning, everything felt warm and welcoming. One of the staff members, Tara, was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Before I even started my breakfast, he generously offered to take me on a short resort tour, which made the whole experience even more special. His genuine hospitality and friendly attitude created such a positive first impression. It was not just about the breakfast itself, but about the care and attention she showed. The combination of the stunning surroundings, the delicious food, and Tara’s sincere service made the morning unforgettable. It was truly a memorable experience from start to finish.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and I slept through the night. Our housekeeper is Mr. Darma, and his service is excellent! The facilities are complete, the layout is reasonable, the lighting and sound insulation are very good, and the overall environment is warm and quiet. The service attitude is warm and considerate, the check-in and check-out are very efficient, and the details are done particularly well. The location is convenient, travel is convenient, the cost-performance ratio is extremely high, and I will choose to stay next time. Strongly recommended!
