This is the review all people need I promise. So, just to be prepared, if you book here a security deposit is $200 and refundable when you check out, but you still have to pay the resort fee when you arrive which is about $120. There is no food available at the property. There is a restaurant in there that was open until late 2024, but now anymore. “Room Service” is literally just someone going directly across the street to a vegan place and picking it up. If you’re cool with that then awesome, but not everyone is vegan obviously. In addition to no food, there’s no alcohol. There’s a bar in the lobby where the old restaurant is, but no one works there and you have to leave the hotel and buy your own drinks if you want them. I had to go down the street to a gas station to get beer and such. In the room, it was so dark we had to ask for a lamp for one of the night stands. There’s string lights on top of the furniture that goes above the tv, but there is no switch for them on the wall so you literally have to climb up and push the button on the string lights like in a teenager’s bedroom. There’s no hooks to be found in the room. Literally none to hand anything. There a few hangers and one over the toilet shelf with two tiny hooks, that’s it. The shower has no shelving or hooks either. Nowhere to hang towels, wet items, nothing. There’s 1 chair in the whole room and it’s wood so not the comfiest. Staff speaks broken English, but they were very helpful once they understand what you’re asking. The rooftop pool is nice and the day beds are free to use so that was the best part. I really hope they make improvements to their rooms and their amenities because it’s really lacking.
