No real complaints. friendly staff, great location.

Nice boutique hotel. Good location but the fees are excessive. In general I hate the resort fee but it’s part of Miami Beach. But then to have other fees not related to taxes is going over the top. Having bikes to use are nice since the beach is not for everyone every day. Rooms aren’t large, but typical for Miami Beach. In our room the phone blinked and even after repeated (4) times of notifying the hotel it was never fixed. The same was for a room light that was defective. I like the heating system in that it was VERY quiet. The sound proofing was very good as 5th St can be noisy in the evening hours on the weekends. I can see us staying here again, despite the minor issues, or staying at their sister hotel, UpSun.

Lovely boutique hotel, well maintained, neat and close to the beach. Sizeable room and bathroom. Restaurant on site for dinner, with many others in the vicinity. Would be back

Not as we expected

The hotel is clean which is great but there was no hot water in the shower or bathroom sink. The balcony was very nice and needed since the room was very tight. We really didn’t have anywhere to lay down our luggage other than in front of the door. We told the hotel we’d be checking in late but when we arrived there was no one at the desk. We had to call several phone numbers for this hotel and another until someone finally came walking over from another hotel to check us in. This was definitely a stressor we didn’t need after a long day of travel with delays.

Stay in a walkable, upscale & less hectic part of South Beach. The South of Fifth neighborhood is close to restaurants and the beach. It is the perfect balance in a boutique hotel setting.
