one of the worst Hotel experience in a beautiful City that is Famous for the Luxurious hotels , services and quality . You take ages to get into the hotel because of the huge crowds in front of the hotel during all night till 6 am in the morning ( Waze application showed me 200 meters in 18 minutes ) and kind of people standing during night make it so Far from being family friendly and very high noise level . i have to admit that cleanliness is accepted but you have to ask for every day for missing stuff like please bring to me towels , please get me coffee , please get me milk etc ... because it seems that the house keeping spend their time searching your rubbish instead of refilling the room amenities . They will force you to Pay huge amount as a deposit , even if you are staying one night which is not the case in any other hotel i have stayed in in Dubai ( may be this is more common in USA and Europe but not in Dubai ) . while checking in ; the lady asked me if i would like to have a smoking Room ; i said i smoke IQOS only she said its ok as long as its not Real Cigarettes . and while i was coming back tonight at 2:30 am after a long working day and after fighting to get to the hotel entrance for ages i found that they disabled my Room keys to go to the reception and finding them asking for 1000Dhs fine for finding some IQOS sticks in the rubbish ; apart from clearly asking while check in and that their representative said its ok , they started debating with a guest at 3 am to pay 1000Dhs fine to go to his paid room !!! I talked to their duty manager " FAISAL" who was welling to debate till next day . I contacted the Tourism agency asking them to check me out immediately and to take me to any near by hotels ; If you have to stay in this area Avoid V hotel to avoid any headache ; you can try Hitlon and Palace next doors but FAR service level

Had a great stay in v hotel also the staff was super amazing mahammed sibaaz from housekeeping was excellent professional and room was clean and we recommend to vist again .
