Stunning location and unique stay!

A really unique and exceptional hotel. We spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful. The villas positioned amongst the mangrove waters are so beautiful. How fantastic that on your first morning you get picked up on a gondola!! The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The buffet breakfast is good with plenty of choice and the evening meals are exceptional, well done to a very talented chef! A special mention to the following staff who went above and beyond providing a friendly and efficient service, they were Reen, Areeya, Lhee, Ann, Fairos, Tam, Mimi, Noodang, Dada, YuYah and Mimee. Keep all the good work, you are all fabulous!

Gucchi Mimi Yaya and Far i love all the guys An extremely satisfying stay! The hotel has the vibe I adore—absolutely wonderful! The service was excellent as well! This hotel truly feels warm and thoughtful. The room was cozy, the pillows were incredibly comfortable

Beautiful resort with unique charm

We stayed at this resort for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. When we arrived at the lobby to check in, we were surprised to learn that our booking had been missed. Fortunately, the staff were able to accommodate us quickly, and we didn’t have to wait long for our room. We had noted in our booking that we were celebrating our anniversary, but unfortunately, there was no special setup or acknowledgement, which was a little disappointing. The resort itself is beautifully designed. We loved the room’s interior and the peaceful balcony where we could relax. Sometimes, there was a slight sewage smell outside the room, but it wasn't overwhelming and we managed fine. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but we only found a few items to our taste. A big highlight of our stay was the friendly restaurant staff—especially Yaya and Mimi—who greeted us with warm smiles every day and made us feel welcome. The swimming pool is large and deep enough to dive in, which we absolutely loved! And we can’t forget the resort’s signature gondola boat ride around the lake—such a unique touch. Special thanks to Armas, who gave us a lovely tour. Overall, it’s a charming resort with beautiful surroundings and standout staff members who made our stay memorable. With a bit more attention to detail, it could be an exceptional experience.
