The customer service is unmatched. All departments of the hotel staff are incredibly welcoming. The housekeeping team really go out of their way to make sure you have a memorable stay. Especially Aadarsh, he is very accommodating and kind.

I’m staying with my family and I’m really amaze to the staff who area always looking o our rooms neat and clean special thanks to Sherryl and Ali who are very kind and friendly….very greatful when assisting me for using the expresso machine. Love the place and will come back again.

I was lucky that my room service crew Abdhullah housekeeping from was an excellent person , very kind and honest and kept my room tidy through out my stay.. I do recommend that you hier him directly rather that sub contract. Needless to say I highly recommend him. Dr. Algisi #407

Vida hotel is very fantastic there were so many nice view great breakfast so hygenic rooms and so clean all the area i wish i laways stay here its my second home there were also so energetic staff i personely thanks to mr miya my room cleaner and superviser mr alex mathew they guyz so humble persons i love vida

Brilliant staff especially aasik ali (house keeping) and Alez Mathew who looked after me for the week I stayed. Rooms were kept to high standard and no issues! Highly recommend staying as it is a brilliant location and staff are all friendly and attentive!
