Good points: Good pools and water slides for the kids Bad points: The only thing 5 star is the reception area. The rooms are dated with carpet and wallpaper even in the bathroom didn't find that hygienic. The staff are the most unfriendly I have ever come across in a hotel even the reception staff don't make you feel welcome very robotic service. The only staff I spoke to was the guy asking if you want a massage and the nice lady who takes in towels. Meal times are a nightmare very difficult to find a seat too much people not enough staff. Food had loads of options but nothing was actually nice and all cakes tasted the same. Even breakfast was disappointing. Disappointing first time in Antalya would definitely not return to this hotel.

Worst ever hotel

We recently stayed at the Vikingen resort & spa Hotel in Turkey with a family group of eight, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Many of us became seriously ill with stomach issues, and the hotel’s hygiene and cleanliness were poor. The service was unacceptable — we had to carry our own luggage, wait long periods for basic necessities like towels and bedding, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels in Antalya and never experienced this. We experienced discrimination and racist behaviour from staff, and complaints made to the Front of House Manager and Guest Relations Manager were ignored. Our rooms were separated despite my requests to the hotel before arrival, and the location on a motorway made it difficult and costly to get around. This was by far the worst holiday we have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel, and I strongly caution anyone considering it.

The hotel was so big and so busy at food times in main restaurant. Luckily there was a few other places to get food all through the day. Plenty of swimming pools and always got a decent sunbed every morning. But I was a early riser. But still round 9/10ish there was beds available. Plenty of bars and toilets round the hotel and fridges fall of waters. The only problems with hotel was the room was to small for a family of 4. With a 5 and 13 year old. 1 double bed. 1 single bed and a sofa with no covers for it. We had to upgrade to a bigger room which still only had 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a garden sofa kinda thing which luckily kids were happy to sleep on. Which what we payed for was still not worth it but had no choice. The air con in the room was awful and only got cold about 1 in the morning. So trying to get ready for evening was so hot and had to get out the room as quick as we can. Spoke to reception and they tried to sort something out but air con only worked a little bit better. I felt the whole hotels air con was rubbish. Other hotels I have been to as soon as i came inside from hot weather you was hit with good air con that cooled you down. So whole time I was just so hot walking through hotel and eating dinner.

Dirty Hotel.everything inside its old fashioned this is unacceptable

The hotel was not even 3 stars very dirty place, the food was disaster ,after 4 days of eating there I had diarrhoea for the rest of my holiday , all the coffee in our room was expired from June 2025 the water was the cheapest one ,the room and the bathroom everything older,the staff of the hotel not friendly,no one speaks English only reception staff speak English ,there was only one shop in the hotel and everything was over priced for example one water 500ml 2 € I did complain about all the problems in our room nothing changed after I talked to the manager about our room.Shower was not working properly no water pressure at all ,for the last 9 days of my holiday I went only out of the hotel to eat I was really scared to eat on the hotel we spend another 1000£ for food I was scared to use and touch anything in the hotel ,Don’t try this hotel
