Located in the heart of Seminyak in the chic district of Oberoi, this villa offers refined architecture with a view of the Seminyak rice fields. This villa features living space, 5 bedrooms, a fish pond, two gardens, a patio, a bar and kitchen and a living room area. Daily housekeeping and daily breakfast are also provided. The villa offers a telephone, fax, free high-speed Internet access, a DVD and CD player and a TV. The villa offers two swimming pools and spa treatments are available upon request. A chef is available upon request.

My family of 9 pax just stayed at this wonderful villa with 6 rooms and it was so relaxing and cozy! Pool is great rooms are comfy and location is super convenient. Not forgetting staff who made out short holiday so wonderful with delicious breakfast 🍳! Enormous thanks to staff below and Komara manager who is very helpful and well organized. Will be back for sure . Highly recommended Komara - manager Ayu Kadek Mede Dewa Eka Arik

We stayed in VC 1 with 5 bedrooms and 2 pools. 2 pools meant you could split if you wanted but for us one pool would have been fine (the pools for the sun at the same time of the day). Large living area (unnecessarily large tbh!) and we were really well looked after by Mr Komara and team. Lovely breakfast that you don’t really expect in a Villa and they sorted out laundry and beer deliveries (extra cost). Rooms were good and cleaned with fresh towels everyday. Rooms themselves might soon benefit from a refresh of paint but that was not crucial as still well presented. Location was good as short walk to some good eateries and the beach. Overall we thought it was great and the best part was being hosted and having the team to call on if we needed anything

Beautiful large villa with amazing staff. Great for families or large groups

From the moment we stepped into Villa Chocolat (5bdrm) we felt welcomed and safe. The location is a 2min walk from eat st and the flea market and a 8-10min walk to the beach. The villa was huge with 5 large bedrooms and 2 pools which were all clean and a safe in all bedrooms. The beds were also very comfortable. The villa staff Komara (manager), Rio, Agung,Ari, Made & Pasek were all professional and made us feel so comfortable and safe. Nothing was too much trouble. The added bonus was there was security all night. We had the breakfast package which was huge there was plenty of food freshly cooked every morning. We would definitely be returning for our next visit to Seminyak.

Great central location. 5-15 minutes either way to main street for shopping and massages, shopping centre, beach clubs and beach walks. The head person Mr Komara and his staff provide an exceptional service experience where nothing is ever too hard for them to do . Always ensuring our needs are met. This is the 3rd time that we have stayed here with a group of 10. I recently checked out the smaller villa for 2-4 people around the corner which was fantastic.
