This hotel is situated in Benidorm, on the sea front and only 30 metres from Poniente beach. The city centre is 300 m away where guests will find many shops, bars and restaurants. This beach hotel has a total of 108 accommodation units, of which 61 doubles, 46 individuals and 1 presidential suite. The property offers guests the use of a reading lounge, as well as a games area. Two bars serve a selection of drinks and there is also a restaurant on-site. The spacious rooms are overlooking the pool and are all provided with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. In addition there is a bathroom with a hydro massage shower and design amenities. This hotel offers a swimming pool with a terrace, sun loungers and parasols.

The resort is pleasant looking but showing signs of neglect. We spent $8000CA for one week and had a bathroom with a sink that was cracked in half. The “breakfast included” was a joke. At 8:30am there was ONE orange left each day we went down. It is not like it is in the picture. We were also told that if we booked direct online, we would get a 5% discount. When I asked why it was not applied when I check out they told me it was because I didn’t mention it on check in. They would NOT honor my 5% discount. The resort has got to be very low on funds if they have to rip off their guests with such a lame and deceitful scam. We won’t be back. Try Ocean Club West. It is much, much better.

Villa del Mar worth a go!

Just back from a short holiday at the Villa del Mar What a lovely hotel. Everything clean and tidy. Plenty of good food on offer. Drinks, top shelf!!! Entertainment every evening downstairs. The rooftop lounge was the best aspect for me. The weather was perfect and the area was immaculate. Lots of sofas and beds to relax on. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. One member especially, Karen in the restaurant. I was not feeling well and asked for a hot honey and lemon drink. With the help of google translate, she made me the best hot drink. It was so appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for her even though it was busy lunchtime. Our room was lovely, very clean, lots of toiletries and gorgeous white fluffy towels. Mini bar in the room was a nice touch, cava, beer, soft drinks and a couple of chocolates. The pool and the spa we didn't use, I would have loved to use the indoor pool but I was under the impression it was only available to clients with AI+ . A shame because this was one of the reasons we booked. We did have a Seaview room with a jacuzzi which was really nice. A perfect view down the beach. Only one thing was not right in the hotel, only one lift was working and that did cause a queue at times. I hope it's working soon. When youre on the 8th floor a lift is imperative. I would love to come back to this hotel one day.

Room 601 supreme room!! Well what can I say, room need revamping, see photos. Weird lay out of hotel, you have to go outside to another building to get your coffee after meals and drinks. Meant to have snacks but left over lunch items in a tiny cabinate. Food was ok. Rude server called Patricia would make good prison warden. Only one lift working!!! And sometimes didnt work. So had to walk up 12 flights of stairs. Location was good and room from room. Reception used a couple of times but didnt solve issues or didnt listen to requests. Not a 4 star, not sure how they got that maybe a high 2 star. Would not return or recommend.

Winter escape

When we arrived I thought what an odd hotel for a Tui hotel! It is a bit like a premier inn to me, but it is extremely clean, very friendly, perfect location for good walks from one end of town to the other and more importantly opposite the very beautiful beach which is lovely. There is a cozy bar for the evening next door, but the evening entertainment is not so good needs to be looked at! The roof top bar was amazing in the sunshine , all in all we had a nice winter break!
