Due to maintenance of the water park will not be open for the clients between 06.11.-09.12.2017. All guests in house maintain free access to 5 pools. For dining and wining guests will be impressed by 2 restaurants and 3 bars. They may also enjoy fabulous entertainment programme tailored to all ages and publics. NOTE: We inform you that from 09th February 2021 some services will be limited or not available. Only one swimming pool will be in operation from 10am to 4pm. First time at waterpark

Reception staff, not very helpful or receptive. Maybe my black skin put them off. Villa was great! Waterpark in need of serious renovations, and plenty of cleaning. I found it fairly good value for money, for what they provided.

We’re do I start. I read the reviews coming here and sometimes with reviews I don’t really don’t bother but these bad reviews are correct. On arrival at the hotel we were told we had to pay £200 damage deposit for the rooms. On the way to the villa the paths are broken and damaged. Heath and safety risk of trips and falls. Trying to get into the room first night the key wouldn’t work and to go back and forth to the reception. Entered the room and the sofa bed that my son was to sleep in was dirty and stained the arms of the sofa bed was Broken. The room was so run down. There is also shuttered on the windows which is very difficult to pull down. When having a shower at night the bathroom would flood with water and we would need to use all towels to dry it up. One night we decided to stay in and cook. We were sitting out the front and heard a gush of water went into the kitchen and the boil had burst and water was just pouring out. We noticed that the handyman was going to a few villa to fix the same situation. Went to reception to tell them and they sent the handyman. Needed a new boiler handyman went away and 30 mins later still wasn’t back and the kitchen was covered in water. Had to call jet 2. After that was fixed we had to wait on the cleaner coming to mop up the floors. Food is freezing cold and it’s the same food everyday day and night. Knifes and fork were dirty. The juice was always running out and never replaced. Pool area is rundown tiles broken.Sunbeds are so dirty never a cleaner around the pool. The best part of the life guards they were great with the kids. Entertainment was ok around the pool. The hotel is in the middle of know we’re. Taxi cost is £25 down and £25 back you can get a free bus but that only certain times of the day. My little boy who was 10 was counting the days to go home. I would recommend this hotel.

Beware of €200 "deposit"

€200 deposit was taken on check-in that appears to be non-refundable... We checked out on the 6th September and still not received the deposit or an update. On check out we were informed there were no issues and everything was fine. I have emailed the hotel since and not heard anything back (over a week ago). This is absolutely underhanded and soured any positive thoughts we had about our holiday - AVOID

Well.... When booking, I decided to take the mixed and more negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Deciding to go all inclusive on family holidays has been an ongoing preference for some time. The staff we encountered were lovely, albeit a bit hasty with information during an 11pm check in, might be better done with supporting paperwork so brace yourself if you're arriving late at night. The complex appears to have originally been built as holiday homes then changed to self catering as there are several permanent residents on site. It is large and in the middle of no where....nearest town is Correljo which is roughly 20mins by car/taxi or 40 by the free shuttle service from the complex. The all inclusive restaurant is for lack of a better phrase, dire. Nothing like repetitive and boring food options which are mostly tasteless and makes you question whether you're staying in the Canaries. As for the kids options, it was burgers or frankfurters and chips and nothing else. Very disappointing. The drinks are all premade by machine and taste awful. The only exception would be some of the limited included cocktails. And if you're expecting Tropical on tap, prepare to be paying for it despite it being the beer brewed in the islands. If booking all inclusive, be aware that the pool bar pizzas are not included but there are small cakes, open bowls of crisps and peanuts and the worst pots of ice cream available to you with the appropriate wrist band. The only proper food available to all inclusive is in the main restaurant and the choices are painfully limited. The waterpark is ideal for kids but is very worn and dated. Lifeguards are on duty all day and are very attentive and alert - one of the few positives of this holiday! If you're looking for a family holiday and would like to be closer to a town and have better food options I would recommend avoiding this site. I have read the positive reviews on here as well and although I understand their perspective, having stayed ourselves, we wouldn't recommend this to friends or family.

If staying here go to Mavericks as the lady couldn’t do enough for us. She made our holiday.

Overall the places was nice. It was very basic. Good points: if you’re looking for a relaxing break this would be it. The adults only pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and polite. The evening entertainment is good. We went to mavericks every night and the lady there was so friendly. Not sure on her name but she has a tattoo on her neck . I mentioned that it was my mother in laws 80 birthday and she couldn’t do enough for us. The free shuttle every day was good. It’s nice to get out of the complex for the day for a change of scenery Bad points: There were ants in the kitchen and kept going in the food so all our food stayed in the fridge. We selected self catering. You have to get food from else where as the shop doesn’t give you many options for food. If you’re happy eating pizza and microwave lasagne then this is ok for you. The crater park is good for children but again only pizza on menu. 1 day we did pay to have the buffet food. This is what you get if all inclusive. This food was very bland and not worth the money. The only other place to eat is mavericks. Even though the food was alot better there, the choice wasn’t the best. Again it’s pizza, pasta dishes or salad. As the apartments are scattered everywhere you have to do a lot of walking. The pavements are awful and very un even. Overall it was a short break away but I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one or fueventura in general as there is not much to do there

Parking is posible on all the resort's exterior area. Pets under 25kg are welcome under an extra charge.
