Villas El Jardin

Worst hotel I have ever been in. The room was supposed to have: wifi, security, clean sheets, a safe etc.. we had nothing. There was no wifi, the room couldn't properly lock, a window from outside could give access to the shower and toilet (anyone could see me), for a girl travelling alone it's not safe. The shower didn't work properly and the bathroom has a leak that went outside in the room, the sheets were dirty with yellow stains and brown stains, the main sheet smelled bad like it did not been cleaned, the floor was not clean, a lot of broken stuff, the safe didn't work, there was some missing tiles, impossible to go in the pool the water was dirty and the pool is so loud that you can hear it from your room. Nothing was right ! It was the first time in my life that everything went wrong in a hotel. While waiting for the manager we heard a few people come to the reception to complain so do not believe the positive comments. I only stayed one night and decided to ask for a refund. The cost was 1200€ for a few days and they only accepted to refund me 600. I tried talking and sending a few mails but no one responded to me !! It's outrageous and a big scam !!! Don't go !!!! (+ it doesn't look like the pictures at all)

It was ok. I got a second floor street facing unit. It was nice to have a kitchenette. It was missing all of the living room furniture. It was by far the loudest room I've ever stayed in with the non-stop street and construction noise as well as the noise from the other tenants. The staff was great and the room was clean.

Loved this place - great location (walking distance from the main square and beach, but still nice and quiet), one of the best prices on the island and the room was great. Powerful A/C, everything clean and functional, and even a little kitchenette! Was nice to make our own breakfast and eat leftovers. The staff are also nice and friendly, helped us arrange a golf buggy (great fun). We didn't want to leave! Also - make sure you check out Big Fish around the corner - beat fish on the island!!

I recommend this place for a couple days if you are planning to do some tours or go explore the island. This place is cheaper but still offers as much as other places that we have stayed in. The staff is nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is that we were given a 3rd floor apartment which didn't have a sofa as the other room and the floor was dirty/dusty in some of the corners.
