This relaxed hotel complex is a 3-minute walk from the beach, it's set in the centre of Kallithea, steps away from Water Park, the hotel offers a summer terrace, a swimming pool and a golf course. This accommodation comprises 2 buildings, located in a business area, 4.2 km from Park of Saint Fragkiskos. Rhodes International Airport is at 20 km away. Set within a 10-minute walking distance from Kallithea city centre. We arrived at the end of August, around 30 of us at different stages and were all greeted warmly with a smile from the wonderful reception team. Everything we needed was explained and we were processed quickly but without being rushed. Myself and my then fiancé were booked to get married at Kallithea Springs the following week. Upon mentioning hiring a small area or room to the manager and staff for after we returned from our boat cruise after our ceremony we were treated like royalty. Of course there was a charge involved but for all we received it was more than reasonable and what we were presented with was unimaginable, truly outstanding. A private roof terrace, an outstanding buffet, a DJ, a cake, our very own bar staff (the amazing Olga) and the best set up I could have foreseen, it was beautiful. To pull off all they did with a few days notice was incredible. All of our two weeks here we were literally treated like royalty and spoilt rotten. From the free wedding night upgrade to a swim up suite to the pizza and champagne sent to the bridal party whilst we got ourselves ready! The food was very good for an all inclusive hotel, especially Asian night on a Saturday, the calamari and spring rolls are just delightful! The drinks weren’t amazing but it’s more the mixers not being fizzy than anything else, you have enough options to find one that suits you. All of the staff we came accross were brilliant! From The general Manager to Olga, Michaela (fastest bar staff member in town! To all the housekeeping staff who always greeted us with a friendly wave and a good morning. We must also mention Victoria who never seemed to get a day off as she was always there serving us on a night time and the young intern who there helping her, they were both simply lovely people and just happy to be going about their work. We will definitely return to this hotel and thank you for such a lovely start to our married life!

Excellent holiday. A marvellous hotel, clean and well kept. Staff were always friendly and happy to help. The all inclusive buffet is as expected, something for everyone, it didn’t disappoint. Hotel is ideally located, around 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 10 minutes taxi drive away to Rhodes old town and around 25 minutes from airport. Pool area is great. Big shout out to Marios in the dining areas Olga and Adrianna the beautiful bar ladies who make excellent cocktails. I will return

Good overall

Just back from a week at the Virginia and overall a good experience. The positives were: The location (close to the beach). Our room, whilst basic, was clean and spacious with a decent shower and well maintained by housekeeping with fresh towels, etc. The staff, with a particular mention to Michaelangelo and Victoria, both excellent and would be a real asset to anyone. The food was good with plenty of variety in the evenings. We enjoyed the evening shows (see below) Some things the hotel team could consider: Whilst we enjoyed the shows and found the lady from the Animation team very friendly, there wasn't enough going on during the day for the kids, the only activities we saw was water aerobics (mainly done by adults) and pizza making - this is a real opportunity and easy to fix. The beer, coffee and soft drinks was not the best - but it didn't ruin the holiday. The gym desperately needs some new equipment. Some parts of the grounds was not particularly well maintained, the area our terrace looked out on to could do with some grass seed.

lovely hotel, as well as staff who are very helpful and friendly. rooms are spacious and clean, and the food was lovely, with a mix of foods on different days. pool area was big and always a subbed free. close to a nice beach and a few bars down the road. would definitely recommend a trip to the old town as well as symi island. the greek restaurant at the hotel was lovely, phillipe was able to get us a space last minute. would definitely visit again!
