It really is as good as the reviews say. Visited the hotel in May with my partner and my 10 year old son. Location: Took a private transfer from the airport, about an hours drive. The hotel grounds are immaculate. Room: We stayed in a 2 bedroom garden bungalow which was on the 1st floor. Spacious and a huge benefit having two bedrooms for a bit of space. Nice size balcony too. Well stocked with toiletries etc and a full mini car which includes alcohol, soft drinks and a few snacks, all free of charge. Bottles of water also replenished daily. Food: Buffet restaurant is included which has a huge variety of foods available with all types of cuisine. We tried 3 of their A La Carte restaurants too which you pay extra for, ranging from 7€ per person, up to €25 for the steak restaurant. We ate at the steak restaurant which was super, Italian and Greek (real experience) and all was really good quality with loads of food to eat. Also has a patisserie, chocolatier, and Turkish snack bar, all included in the all inclusive. Drinks: Again all included, no exceptions, plenty of premium drinks available. Staff are proactive in getting you drinks etc, they really do want to make sure you have absolutely everything you need. Pools: 5 pools in total I think, one is 16+ only. Water slides loads of fun, my boy went up and down those slides all day long, everyday! Entertainment: Really good, various activities on every single day with a full itinerary released daily via their WhatsApp group. Evening entertainment is varied. The Turkish dancing was incredible, as was the Popcorn circus. Staff: They make the place. Everyone we came into contact with was really helpful and they go out of their way to speak to you and get to know you. Overall this is a fantastic place. Can highly recommend, get it booked, you won’t regret it!

This place is like a little slice of heaven—my go-to holiday spot where I can truly relax, leave all the stress behind, and just focus on feeling good. Huge thanks to the whole Voyage Side team, especially the amazing private assistants Diana, Adina, and Sezim—you made everything so easy and enjoyable. The restaurant and bar staff were also fantastic and really helped make this one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Really appreciate it all!

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in - I can’t fault it!!! We visited as a family of 4 with two young kids aged 3 and 7 during the May half term. It was busy but never felt crowded at all. The hotel itself is lovely, set in beautiful forest grounds. We had a two bedroom bungalow and it was so spacious and the beds were really comfortable. What sets this hotel apart is the staff and service - it’s impeccable. Because there are so many staff, drinks are brought super quickly (you order via QR code) and the place is spotlessly clean. The WhatsApp group with the assistants is a brilliant service - they send you a programme of the day’s activities each morning and can book you into the a la carte restaurants. One day my husband’s back seized up and he couldn’t move so we messaged them - they came to the pool with a buggy immediately and took him to the on-site doctor. They continually checked in to ask if we needed anything - thank you to Anel, Uulayim and Aleksandr for being so amazing!!! Now the food… The main buffet is huge - there’s literally everything you could want at breakfast! The A La Carte restaurants are great (your assistants can book you in on the day and there’s a small supplement per person) and our favourite was the Turkish one. We loved the patisserie and chocolatier and went every day! And the kids loved the ice cream and fruit shack by the pool. The facilities and activities are excellent and there is something for everyone - there are quiet pools, family pools, kid pools, pools with slides, adult only pools, and pools with activities. The pool party was a highlight! The evening entertainment was brilliant - we saw a couple of shows and the beach theatre was packed! Our 7 year old decided she didn’t want to do the kids club but it looked like there was a full schedule of activities from 10am to midnight. Thanks to at Voyage Sorgun who made our holiday amazing.
