Voyage Torba Stay (July 4–20, 2025) We once again chose Voyage Torba for our holiday, as it has always been our preferred destination. First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible team members who made our stay truly memorable: • Can and Angelina from Lagoon Bar, who never stopped pampering us and created an unforgettable beach experience, • Ümit, responsible for the beach at Angelina, • Hayriye, who kept our room spotlessly clean, • Aleyna from Degusto Restaurant, and of course, • Davut, who went above and beyond to make our holiday unique. A very special thanks goes to Ms. Gülşah, whose attention and care regarding my daughter’s dietary needs made us feel completely at ease. Her efforts truly made a difference to our family experience. That being said, I would also like to share some areas where we felt disappointed: • Arrival Experience: Unfortunately, the welcome was very poor. In fact, I would say there was no real concept of a welcome at all, which is disheartening to see as it has noticeably worsened year after year. • Food Quality: Compared to previous years, we felt that the overall taste and quality of the food was not at the same high level. Voyage has always stood out for its exceptional dining experience, and we truly hope this high standard can be restored. • Photography Services: We found the photography services to be highly opportunistic and overpriced. Exploiting emotional moments to sell packages at double the cost compared to last year—while offering half the service—was unacceptable and left us very frustrated. This type of sales approach does not reflect the spirit or values we associate with Voyage Torba. • Kids Club: We were told that the Kids Club would be renovated, but what we encountered was a disappointment. Moreover, we were surprised to discover children being shown YouTube videos under the label of a “cinema experience.” Not only is YouTube an inappropriate choice for such a setting, but exposing children to advertisements in this way was very concerning. At the very least, a premium subscription could have been used to avoid this. Despite these concerns, we continue to value Voyage Torba and the wonderful staff who always make our holidays so special. Our hope is that this feedback is taken constructively so that future experiences can be even more aligned with the high standards we have come to expect from Voyage. Warm regards, Hasan AYDIN
