Wapa di Ume Ubud

The resort is beautiful and matched only by the beauty of the staff. Very professional and helpful at every turn. Rooms, facilities and grounds are wonderful. For a peaceful, relaxing holiday and a great sample of the friendly Balinese people away from the coastal business this is an outstanding little patch of paradise.

The whole experience was really nice,and the staff was super friendly and professional. I am actually picky when it comes to hotels but they did not disappoint!!I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit again. Best regards Steffen

We had an amazing time staying at Wapa Di Ume. The staff are all so friendly and kind, the room was so spacious and much larger than any other resort room we’ve stayed in. The service was impeccable, with an evening turn down service in the rooms.The infinity pool was a highlight and the free afternoon tea by the infinity pool was a nice way to relax by the pool. We enjoyed the cultural bbq dinner and dance thoroughly on Sunday night. Would definitely recommend staying at Wapa!

From the moment we arrived, the entire team enveloped us in a warmth and genuine hospitality that surpassed even our already high expectations from our first visit. It's clear that creating a welcoming and personal experience isn't just a policy here; it's ingrained in the very fabric of Wapa Di Ume. Every single member of staff, from the gracious individuals at the main entrance and reception to the attentive cleaning, bar, and maintenance teams, and even the friendly security at the gate, went above and beyond to make us feel cherished. Their effort to learn and remember our names created a truly personal connection, making every greeting feel sincere and heartfelt. A highlight of our trip was, once again, our tour with the wonderful Surana. His extensive knowledge of Bali and his genuine willingness to assist in any way made our exploration truly enriching. Surana isn't just a guide; he feels like family, and his presence is undoubtedly a treasure for Wapa Di Ume. It was such a joy to reconnect with him. As returning guests, we were also greeted with such warmth by familiar faces, which made our arrival even more special. The genuine happiness the staff showed upon seeing us again truly solidified the feeling of being amongst friends. While every single person contributed to our incredible stay, we must extend a special thank you to Deny, Surana, Lita, and Surpasa, who each played a significant role in making this visit absolutely unforgettable in all the best ways. Adding an extra layer of care to our experience was the thoughtful attention I received throughout my pregnancy. The staff consistently went out of their way to ensure my comfort, a gesture that was deeply appreciated and truly reflective of their exceptional service. Leaving Wapa Di Ume this time was just as difficult as the first. We are already eagerly anticipating our next visit to Bali, not just for the breathtaking beauty of Ubud and the luxurious accommodations, but to reconnect with our dear friends and family within the Wapa Di Ume team.
