Superb services at Weligama Bay Marriott resort.

Let me start with the staff- the services are phenomenal and at a very diffrent level. We were made felt very welcome from the day we arrived till the day we left - 4 nites. The staffs are very caring, took care of us all the way. Thanks a million Ms Dilsha, Ms Nishadi .. and also all the staffs at the front office, and the Weligama Kitchen. As for the property itself, it was clean, it was comfy, awesome ambience and very welcoming. All rooms are ocean facing and the property is beach front. Really superb pools. Just one sat back, lots of crows but it’s nature and nothing much I guess the hotel can do. And the food, they were able to cater for my pepper intolerance thru out our stay. The food is delicious (esp the seafood restaurant as well the Weligama kitchen’s buffet). Very pleasant and happy stay experience for us. Thank you so much !!

Worst team ever

I have spent 4 nights in this hotel, and i have never seen such an irrespecutful team . They insult the customers and when you complain to the GM he refuse to meet you! I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, i’m a loyal marriott customer but this one definitely is far from their standards
