Coming back here again !

Such a great experience. Just got back from a week there for a mother daughter trip and I would 100% go back. Staff were extremely friendly and always available to help, the entire vicinity was clean, and the breakfast buffet was awesome. We stayed at the studio so we had one king bed with a mini fridge. We were able to order our groceries before hand because we arrived late and our fridge was filled when we got there. The beach is just majestic and the pool is big and refreshing. Rochelle was amazing. Thanks so much everyone at West Bay !

The stay was great !!!!!! We had an Ocean front one bedroom suite which was perfect. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful and the check in was painless. The resort is relatively close to popular restaurants on the island. I really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the West Bay Club as a vacation resort of choice in TCI.

The hotel is in a perfect location, the beachfront suite was amazing, the facilities were beautiful, the amenities, like breakfast, are all you can ask for, the service was excellent, very quiet even with the kids because the hotel had plenty of space, and the beach was wide and private. Initially, we had some issues with our room, but the management quickly fixed the problem to our satisfaction. It is rare to see an establishment so committed to providing a memorable dream come true vacation. We will definitely be back!

The West Bay Club is a great place to go for a relaxing vacation! The property is lovely, gorgeous ocean views, rooms are spacious/comfortable, restaurant is great. Roshana is the best! Very knowledgeable, warm and helpful. She made everything easy and fun!

The best staff ever!! Roshana was so helpful. What a wonderful place to stay. The food was great! If I was to ever come back to Turks and Caicos, I would definitely stay at the West Bay Club again. The room was nice, anything you needed someone was there to help. Amazing trip!!
