Disappointing hotel so far

I’ve already tried to check in different hotels in UAE but this hotel is the most disappointing one. I arrived from a delayed and tiring travel. I checked in at almost 12am and requested for a late check out. As I was feeling sick at least I can sleep longer and fix my things. A lady named Jamiaca said that we can check out at 2pm. We called again the reception as I wasn’t feeling well I requested for a late checkout at 5pm. But they said that they will charged us , even checking out at 2pm. Very inconsiderate in any unforeseen scenario. Please think twice before booking on this hotel as they aren’t flexible.

Poor cliness

I stayed at the Wescot Hotel in Bur Dubai on April 29, in room number 509. Unfortunately, the room condition was very poor. There were 5–6 short hairs on the bed, which looked like pubic hair, suggesting the bedsheets had not been changed. The drinking glasses were dusty, and I can't even describe the condition of the towels — they had visible yellow stains. If cleanliness and hygiene are important to you, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great location, very nice staff!!! This hotel is well kept for being an older building. The key is the fantastic location. We were there for both business and vacation. The center city location was close to the markets and other shopping areas.

I am really happy with very good hospitality services given to me by Pankaj Tripathy where i have never got from any countries as i regularly travel in India as well as abroad. I watched Pankaj Tripathi where i checked him since last three days during Ramadan Holidays whether he is giving good service to other customers or not where i found that he has given very good services to all customers at the reception counter as well as other places
