Management control room temperature, hot water and mobile network. TV remote don't work and ceiling was leaking. Complaint to management but didn't fix any issues. Worst resort ever. Please go somewhere else if you don't want to waste your time and money.

Pleasant setting with multiple pools and hot tubs. Full kitchen even in one bedroom units. Bathroom extremely small though. Great location. Best thing about this resort is that there are no time share pushes like at other Westgate resorts. So if you like to avoid getting angry and being harassed by time share salespeople pick this westgate resort.
