Amazing hotel in Fira

I can not say enough great things about this hotel. They are a full service place and Melani at the front desk is amazing. Our room was outstanding, the breakfast was delicious, they set up tours and arranged transportation. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and shopping.

An Experience That Left a Quiet Kind of Sadness

I had carefully chosen this hotel and was sincerely looking forward to the stay. Just before the trip, an unexpected family situation required my attention, and I had to set the travel aside. When I later reached out to the hotel, I asked whether there might be any alternative arrangement. The reply was polite, but remained firmly centered on the original policy, without room for discussion or understanding. I do understand the need for structure in business. Yet sometimes, what stays in memory is not only the beauty of a place, but the space offered when life shifts unexpectedly. Hospitality is not only a location — it is the feeling of being understood.

Lovely place to escape to and explore from. We loved the location and the lovely staff The beds are super comfortable , the water pressure in the shower is great , plenty of hot water, very modern bathrooms - everything is updated. Real attention to detail. The AC worked wonderful making a little oasis of quiet refuge after the hustle bustle of Fira. The staff is super helpful with any arrangements and we loved preordering our breakfast and eating out side without the ordeal of a buffet. Try the Greek omlet ! Can’t overstate how convenient the location. If you come back we will stay here again for sure Thank you Melanie and team!!

Accessible, great host, amazing time.

We stayed here for 3 nights, convenient as they picked us up at the airport(€30), didn't have to deal with taxi etc etc., we got to the hotel pretty late, and the pool area/reception had good vibes. We were showed our room, it was a very good sized room, very clean, bathroom was very well positioned, and the balcony with the jacuzzi was a bonus!! There were nights noise from the clubs around penertrated through the walls but was bearable and didnt bother us. Shopping and food waa close by, literally steps away, the hosts go out their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Breakfast was good, we had eggs, freshly squeezed OJ, coffee and the Greek yogurt with honey yum! Look at my pics, should be good enough to get you to book at this spot! Amazing stay, amazing hosts, amazing everything!! Would definitely recommend this spot to friends amd family!
