Adal is the best staff member

We rented the Thai bed on the beach. Adal was our sever and he is by far the best staff member I have had at a resort and I have had them all over the world. He magically appeared whenever we needed anything, even at times we didn’t know ourselves. I haven’t felt this cared for since I was a child. Whatever the report is paying him, it is not enough. I wish I had a position I could offer him, because that type of respect, reliability and genuine work ethic no one can teach.

We had a great time ! No complaints with this resort !! If I had one bad thing to say and it’s not about the resort it’s about people not having common courtesy to not slam their doors all hours of the late night and early morning…. Good and the workers were awesome ! DaVinci was our favorite place to eat !!!

Great hotel! Food fantastic in the day time especially! Big shoutout to Victor in the Pina restaurant for looking after us, and also Danny Boy at the sushi restaurant and Luna around the pool. Animation team work so so hard too. The staff make this place!! Pay rises all round!

Good family resort

The beach was a little rough and had sargassum. The food was alright and the cafe didn’t have that many options. But the staff made it worth it! They were all so nice and accommodating! The pools and pool bars were also our favorites! It never felt too overcrowded!

Adal is a champ! 🏆🎖️

Shout out to Adal who provided us excellent service at the pool! My husband and I were starting to get frustrated with the concierge staff as they kept giving us the run around in locating our missing pool bag. We dealt with them for TWO days and each time we were given some sort of excuse as to why they couldn’t help and were told to come back the next day. On our second to the last day, Adal sets up our cabana and we took a chance and asked if he could somehow help. Not even thirty minutes later, he came back with a security guard and our pool bag, complete with our missing items!! THIRTY minutes!! Whereas we gave concierge TWO days with no result! 🤦🏻‍♀️ If there’s anyone out there who knows how to provide excellent customer service and is willing to go above and beyond so customers leave feeling like royalty during their vacation, that would be Adal. I think it’s time for a raise! Thank you again Adal!!!
