Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket

My second stay at this hotel. Good 4 Star hotel. Staff are excellent. I had some issues with the shower, coffee machine, and room key. All issues were quickly addressed satisfactorily by the great Wyndham Team. Beware!!!!!!! My booking for my stay at the hotel this time was a little peculiar. I searched the web for the hotel’s Website and was provided with a website that was cleverly misrepresented as the hotel’s website. It was called “Guest Services”, with significant Wyndham information contained on the website. This is NOT the official WYNDHAM GRAND NAI HARN BEACH PHUKET website but rather a cleverly disguised website masquerading as the hotel’s website from a large well known 3rd party booking agency. If like me, you prefer to deal with hotel directly, I suggest you call the hotel directly and see what rooms and rates they have available for your planned holiday dates.

Very nice and calm place for couples , super friendly staff members. The food is amazing 🤩 . Service 100/100 . Shuttle bus to the beach is available. Taxi service 24/7 with reasonable prices. The bar at the swimming pool has amazing atmosphere

Time of stay: 4 days in march and april 2025 in a De Luxe Room Everything about the hotel was absolutely quite amazing. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning again. I can highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and great service! The exterior design was very beautiful, with a lovely coffee shop/bakery just opposite the front office. The interior of the room was way beyond what you would expect, with a beautiful and stylish design. The bathroom had a Japanese toilet with heated toilet seat 😊 How cool is that?! The staff were exceptional. I would like to mention the following staff members who all made the stay a little more enjoyable: Khoon Giggie and khoon Janny at the front office. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that everybody had everything they needed. Special thanks to the 2 Muay Thai instructors khoon Poe and khoon Mo. They both made my stay a little more “painful” LOL. I would strongly recommend to try a workout with them. Room recommendation: I would recommend a top floor room, as the buildings are rather clustered - You´ll have a better view and more privacy. What to see outside the hotel: Despite its rather remote location, the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel provides shuttle bus from the hotel every hour. Furthermore you´ll find several shopping and dining options within 10-20 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is great, we came in low season but has been an amazing time as its nice and quiet. Great amenities and staff. The rooms with the pool access is great as there's a certain level of privacy as a family. Will definitely visit again next time I'm here.
