I love this hotel

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were always polite and professional. I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Ramjan. He was incredibly kind, always smiling, and very attentive to every detail. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, and his helpful attitude truly stood out. Thanks to Ramjan and the entire team, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate the warm hospitality and high standard of service. I would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I hope to return in the future!

Everything is just perfect. Specially the kitchen staff , Special mention to Kratik, Edna, Mae & Chef Dinesh for the wonderful food and service. Every time they asked for the preference and silvered it as per expectations. Looking forward to come back again

Kudos to the Staff from 20Four Eatery Restaurant

We were booked initially from June5-8 and before our arrival , we've sent so many messages to their FB account, IG, Tiktok and called all their numbers posted online as we would like to make a small request- If they could receive my aunt's dialysis fluids before our arrival because my aunt's supplier of fluids only availability for delivery is on June04, My Aunt and I were travelling to Dubai for my birthday celebration, She has Chronis Kidney Dse. Stage 4 (means she's doing dialysis very day). The only department that responded to us is their "20Four Eatery Restaurant". Lucky that Mr. Nathaniel raise our issue to RESERVATION and FO TEAM. We managed to get a reply last minute from the Reservation and FO team but unfortunately we were not granted of our small request and had to book our stay in advance from June04-08 so we can receive the Fluids. I just hope the Hotel would be considerate specially for guest with medical conditions knowing that Dubai offers a friendly environment to PWD's / Sick people. but all in all we were very lucky to have met Mr. Nathaniel and Miss. Joy from the "20Four Eatery Rest' they were our angels sent by god. We came to know them when we were already dining at the restaurant and had no idea that it was them who stepped up and made effort to help us, Thank to our funny chitchat, we got to say THANK YOU personally. - Would like to give a nice commendation to Yin Min (Reception) for being so nice and accommodating during our stay. - Also to House Keeping staff for maintaining our room clean, we know it was a busy month but they were so attentive and fast every time we ask for them. It encountered a little frustration in the beginning but kudos to this 3 who made our stay pleasant. 1. Mr. Nathan and Ms. Joy ( restaurant 2. Yin Min ( reception ) 3 House Keeping Staff PS: Reservation and FO Team = Please be considerate next time and I hope you raise this issue to your management. We still love WYNDHAM and definitely we will be back.. *Hotel price is very reasonable with perfect location -Close to Atlantis -Offers discount to Soluna and Fluid beach clubs -Staffs are very friendly -20foureatery bento is sooooo GOOD! Try it out!! My fave ever!

Short stay, but Dubai is always amazing!

The hotel is perfectly located, with direct beach access on the 8th Palm – and it’s free of charge! Everything was just like a dream. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff is incredibly friendly – just as you would expect in Dubai. I’ve stayed in many hotels and met many kind and friendly employees, but I’ve never met anyone like Surendra! He is exceptionally friendly, competent, helpful, and always has a smile on his face – truly amazing!
