worst experience

I was a very bad experience there. very less staff, no customer response, no facilities, under-maintained property. the property interior, water all were very dirty. its a huge property with no maintenance. we saw a bat in our room at midnight. abd was scary to go out of room in dark. Not at all recommend this property. we booked room with jacuzzi and it was too dirty to use it.

Pictures are nothing like what you get

I am so glad we did this trip without our kids because I would’ve been extra dissapointed. This hotel/resort is nothing like the website. The decking around the pool is completely broken, meaning everytime we walked on it I was worried I was going to fall through. Every sun lounge around the pool was broken so the whole pool area we couldn’t use safely. The jacuzzi in our room was dirty, not much water in it and just not maintained at all- so didn’t use this. It was raining one day and water was coming through the roof on the balcony. Our bathroom was also covered in ants. Would not recommend this place at all. Super dissapointed.

Not a good place

Location was a problem as there is no way of walking from the hotel to anywhere else. The entrance leads onto a 4 lane road and no footpath. It is a fast speed road with scooters constantly in the emergency lane. It would not be so bad if guests had access to the shuttle bus. Only 'club whyndam' guests have access to this service. The pool area was very bad, palings from the wooden deck were sticking up/broken/or had screws sticking up (very dangerous for children). The pool tiles looked like they had a build up of brown scum on the bottom. Four out of the fifteen sun lounges in our pool area were broken and unfit for use. The room my children were in smelt like mold. The TV's were all bad reception/screemy. One small bottle of water a day was supplied. There is no kitchen gear apart from a kettle. Otherwise the rooms were good and kept clean.

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed at Club Wyndham Phuket. The room was unacceptable. The configuration was the bed was not as requested. the curtains were falling off the railings and the powerpoint was blackened and had blown out. It took 7 hours to be given a room change! Breakfast was not included. Staff were unempathetic, and disinterested. It's a tired run down resort - not 5 star. Don't bother
