X2 Bali Breakers

I just held my wedding at Cross Bali Breakers. Thank you to Mba Bening and her team — they really tried to give their best, especially in adjusting the food menu according to my preferences. Thank you to Mba Sari, the special butler, who was very friendly and served us wholeheartedly. The honeymoon room decoration was beautiful, and the little cake added extra joy to our special day. However, according to reports from family members, the staff in the food area were very passive during the dinner reception. When the food ran out, they just stood there — they didn’t immediately refill it, and had to be told first before doing so. This happened multiple times. In general, The room at Cross Bali Breakers was very comfortable, and the bed made it hard to get up in the morning. Honestly, the hotel breakfast didn’t meet the typical five-star resort standards in Bali. The variety was very limited, more like a three-star hotel. So it's not worth booking a room with breakfast included. In terms of location, the road to the hotel is narrow, congested, and some parts are severely damaged. It really discourages you from going out of the hotel.

The location is a bit remote in the Jimbaran area, the road is like a mountain. But the location is busy, finding a taxi is also easy. The atmosphere is still natural, in front of the hotel there are those who keep cows and chickens. Upon arrival at the hotel lobby, there were many luggage scattered in the front area of the hotel and there were no staff on duty. (although there is a security guard at the entrance area). Because there was no staff, i unloaded their own luggage. There were also people queuing to check in. The lobby is clean, there is a welcome drink infused water. Check in was fast, it was explained that there were shuttle facilities to the nearest supermarket and the beach. There are also daily activities. From the lobby to the room, a buggy was delivered, Got a 1 bedroom villa room with a private pool. There is a non-AC foyer containing 2 chairs and 1 table. (I use it for eating). Inside the room there is only a minibar, TV, and bed, while outside the room there is a small private pool and bean bags used for relaxing. Free refill mineral water, coffee using easy dew, tea using brew me. Wifi and TV are smooth, the room is clean, comfortable, unfortunately the AC is not cold, even though we waited until the evening it was still not cold. It has been cleaned, filled with freon, it is also not cold. Finally asked to move rooms. Maybe because it was full, we were given a 2 bedroom villa room, we only used one room even though the other room was still opened. The AC is quite cold even though we had to wait 1 hour to feel the cold. In the 2 bedroom villa there is a relaxing area to watch TV, with a sofa and dining table and chairs and zinc. It seems that if the workcation in the 2br villa is quite exciting For the bathroom there is a washbasin, bathtub, shower and closet. There is a problem, namely in both rooms the bathtub takes a long time to fill, then it is not hot, but the shower is safe. The water is salty too. Complete amenities and towels are clean. Facilities include an outdoor gym which honestly does not have complete equipment, there is a main pool and infinity pool. Rarely use the facilities because it rains a lot. There is a chapel and beautiful landscape, but if you bring children it doesn't feel suitable and the children will get bored. Suitable for honeymooners who want to be quiet like that. For breakfast, the menu is standard, there is also an a-la carte menu that changes every day. The taste is also standard. The a-la carte menu can be seen in the photo. The buffet menu: 1. Juice, fruit, salad, cereal, yogurt, bicher muesli, porridge, bakpao, siomay 2. Soy sauce chicken, ca vegetables, hashbrown, fried noodles, sausage, bacon, pastry, muffin, bread

• I stay for 2 nights at One Bedroom Deluxe Pool Villa, this was my first time staying at Cross Bali Breakers, and it turned out to be amazing. • The resort is beautiful, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. • Breakfast : overall the taste was delicious and quite varied. P.s : they have special menu that we can order. • All the staff that i’ve met, were very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Ninda, and at the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed and well served by Ms. Tuyen. • A very nice experience overall. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing place away from the crowd.

A Meticulous team. Welcoming and accomodating. A very well laid out resort. Comfort of a private pool along with an open public pool. A relaxing experience; perfect blend of laid back and attentive to our needs. The grounds are manicured and incredibly clean. Looking forward to our next visit already!

We spent a week in a one bed villa. This is a contemporary resort in a remote part of Southern Bali. Our room had a large en suite bathroom with separate shower. Both this room and the adjoining bedroom opened onto the plunge pool.and were happy and From the moment you arrive you feel at home with plenty of creature comforts both in the room and around the resort. Whilst our stay was bed and breakfast we enjoyed both lunch by the pool and dinner in the dining room. We both agreed that the food was of the highest standard and happily dined there every day (something we would not normally do) with plenty of variety. The service we received was excellent and every member of staff were gracious, well trained and attentive. We stayed during Nyepi (Bali's day of silence) which was an unexpected experience. The hotel had e-mailed previously to prepare us for this event. The previous evening was Ogoh-Ogoh and the hotel held a late afternoon buffet as all guests went to their rooms before dark. The remainder of the night across the resort (and of course all of Bali) was complete darkness. We loved it! A word of advice if you want lots to do out of the resort during your stay the hotel is remote and the roads to it from Denpaser range from bad to awful. Our only trips out of the resort were to the nearby supermarket and next door massage. We were lucky to have lots of advice from Oka who dropped us down the road on a number of occasions. The his and her Balinese and foot/reflexology massages were very good. The supermarket was very handy and amongst other things we bought Kopi Luwak and now wish we had bought more. We loved Balinese coffee through our two weeks on the island. A special mention to Tuyen and Juili who looked after us in the restaurant. This could apply to all the lovely staff we met.
