I recently stayed at this hotel for my vacation but unfortunately it was not the best experience while there are some positive aspects the negatives outweighed the positives for me for example many guests go to the bridge at the end of the hotel to throw bread to the fish this is very harmful to the environment because the fish can die from it the hotel should take responsibility as there are no signs warning guests or informing them that this is wrong another issue is the cleanliness of the public restrooms on the beach and by the pool for a 5 star hotel the toilets were not maintained to the standard you would expect the biggest and most disappointing problem was the animation entertainment team the program was boring and felt unprofessional more like amateurs than a real entertainment team even worse some of them were drinking alcohol while on duty the worst situation was when one entertainer clearly drunk came to play with my 14 year old daughter this was shocking and unacceptable I tried to raise my concern with the person in charge but he did not speak English and was completely unhelpful on the positive side the food and drinks were excellent I would rate the restaurant and service as outstanding thank you to the hotel but unfortunately I would not return because of the issues I faced

We leave tomorrow, and 3 stars is possibly harsh overall, as the hotel is actually very nice. The staff are good. Emre on his rollerskates was none stop. You couldn’t finish a drink before it was replaced by another. The entertainment was quite good on some nights, always something to watch. And in the day the entertainment team always have something going on. HOWEVER. The food is absolutely horrific, having chatted to guests that had stayed here before it has changed ownership recently. It is aimed now purely at Turkish, Russian, polish clientele. Which isn’t an issue if you like boiled beef or eggs with onions for breakfast. However there is not many options if you don’t like this type of cuisine. I appreciate we are in a foreign country, however most hotels cater for different tastes. I would also add I am not a fussy eater. It’s a shame as otherwise we have enjoyed the hotel. But would certainly not come back.

It is the first time I go to an ultra all inclusive resort of such magnitude and frankly, I was overwhelmed by the services offered, the polite and friendly staff, the cleanliness, the promptness of the execution of the situations that occurred at the moment, the diversity and freshness of the food, the superb surroundings, the pontoon at the beach. Impressive, I really have nothing to reproach! I recommend! And, THANK YOU XANADU RESORT BELEK!
